This team is AMAZING. From the time you walk in the front desk woman makes checking in super easy and they all pay attention to every detail you talk to them about. I mentioned I wanted to have my surgery early and I was scheduled for 6:30 am. I mentioned I wanted light anesthesia and I think that's exactly what they gave me. I woke up 10 minutes after surgery and was getting dressed and ready to go soon after that. No grogginess, no nausea, no pain. I healed taking only Tylenol instead of pain pills. The nurse who put in my IV got it in the first try without any bruising. An RN came in just to say hello and chat for a few minutes. The woman who woke me up and gently wheeled me out to my car.... It was like dream surgery. The entire team is exceedingly qualified, kind, and efficient. They keep things moving but you never feel like you are being rushed. They are ALL such a calming influence. If you are nervous about surgery then I recommend this place. If you just want an easy fluid experience I recommend this surgical center. 10 STARS!!!
I had surgery 2016. Doctor Harold Minkowitz was my Doctor . I have never had a more Professional Healthcare Physician. His patient care was over the Top. He geniunely wanted to make sure I was healing properly and as a matter of fact 2 days after surgery they needed to reoperate on me He walk my Hospital bed from my room to Oprating area and Personally assure me I would be just fine and he would wait through the whole procedure until I went to recovery. Now, that is what I call an Oustanding Excellent Professional. He will go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable. I would reccomend him as a Doctor to anyone I care and love on a scale from 1 to 10 . He is a 15. Bravo for doing over and above the call of Duty. He is a Rare Breed in this Day and time Bravo Sir!!!! Keep doing an Excellent Job. You need to experience his outstanding Patient Care.
DO NOT PAY EARLY! I repeat do not pay in advance; pay the morning of your surgery. If you prepay and your surgery is delayed or cancelled, you will have a hell of a time getting refunded. I've called multiple times, transferred all over, and eventually transferred to the supervisor, Pam G.'s voicemail every time. She never answers nor returns any calls. This place lacks in customer service and professionalism.
My night nurse was tired , no matter how many times Es I told her to clean the wet sheets she didn’t do it she left the oxigen tank open on the bed and all water spilled,Doris was upset I was bothering too much
Great place to have surgery. Many caring staff. Paula, the EKG provider, was supportive both before and after my procedure.
