Fit Style started out as Fitness Is a Lifestyle - one personal trainer in Pleasanton doing bootcamps in parks, training clients out of their homes, and renting space from another studio. After 9 years in business for herself, Jenn and her husband decided it was time to expand. So they opened a brand new studio in the heart of Pleasanton and hired highly qualified trainers. The result is Fit Style, with a new name, new logo, new look, and new equipment offering the same great results that Fitness Is a Lifestyle has been giving the Tri Valley since 2006.
Meet the Business Owners Jenn and Leroy L.
Jenn has been in the fitness world since 1999. She began personal training in Pleasanton in 2005 and started her business, Fitness Is a Lifestyle, in 2006 and Fit Style emerged from that in 2015. She is passionate about changing lives through fitness. She believes self-confidence is the key to all success in life and that nothing builds self-confidence better than a strong, lean, healthy body. She loves watching her personal clients, and all the clients at Fit Style, improve their bodies, grow their confidence, and change their lives.
Leroy has been in the fitness world since 1995 and has been competing since 2002. He has been passionate about fitness since childhood and loves using his passion and vast experience in bodybuilding to get Fit Style competitors ready for shows.
Jenn and Leroy met in 2007 and married in 2013 and since have been working to grow their fitness business to help as many people as possible achieve their goals and dreams of health, a great body, and self-confidence.
