Negative first impression, on travel so I came in as drop in, the coach didn’t introduce himself or the gym or the workout, really nothing. Just told me to get on the bike. His coaching during the snatches amounted to “you’re looking shaky in the bottom “ Great facility and equipment, well organized, strength and workout program was good. Unfortunately, CFP is the lesser of two evils so I’ll spend my remaining 2 weeks there until I leave.
I love that it’s a different workout every single time, using different muscles I didn't know I had. I usually feel like I’m not going to make it during the workout, but nothing compares to the awesome feeling when you’re done. The coaches know what they’re doing, are aware of each person’s individual progress and are able to discern when you need motivation and when you need to scale your workout. I still have fear just walking in the gym doors, but I’m not going to let that stop me. Come and see what I’m talking about.
Couple of things: 1. The WOD sometimes too short. 2. The time for strength part is under 10 mins, that’s too tight and I see people completing it in rush instead of doing it in a right way. 3. Some of the coaches don’t pay attention to members during the class and I have observed it several times. However, the owner of the gym is great. He is humble and easy to approach.
7 years in US and dozens of gyms later I found what I was looking for. I have been on and off from other gyms I have joined in past for several reasons. This is the first time I was able to sustain my training for this long. Each and every person in this gym is so friendly and helpful. All the trainers here Zoltan, Terry, Alex, Erik, Carey, Mike, Never been to morning classes to add some more awesome trainers take it as their personal interest in developing your skills. Best gym in Dublin, pleasanton area.
A place full of greatness and positive people! My husband and I have been a member for almost two years now and we never thought about going anywhere else. I have made so much progress during my first year, gained so much strength that I never thought I had. Now with some injuries due to car accident, there’s still so much to do in this gym. Coaches are soo great to accommodate people like me with limited skills without making you feel any less.
It feels more welcoming. All instructors keep an eye on every person and modify us as needed.
The classes are awesome. The coaches are very supportive and encouraging throughout. Everyone at the gym is supper supportive and humble, no matter what level you are. You are see absolute beginners and beast mode athletes working side by side in encouraging and friendly environment. Non of the gyms around the area have such a positive vibe!
I was intimidated first to try the CrossFit but the amazing coaches and trainers took the fear away. No judgement at this place but great advice on moving properly and recovering properly. Very friendly and welcoming gym. Lots of fun and inspiration. One of my favorite place to workout and can afford cheat days.
