Gymboree

My 2 year old son was so shy when we first started coming to gymboree a few months ago. He has completely come out of his shell, says hi to other kids, and chats with everyone, and all of that is due to the wonderful and caring staff at Gymboree. Miss Molly, the manager, is truly an expert when it comes to child development and is so patient and kind. Miss Kiley, Miss Elissa, and Miss Maya, are all so caring and our son gets so excited to see them. We have the unlimited membership for 179/month and end up going Tuesday to Friday to a different class everyday including art, music, and STEM. Our son loves the variety and I feel like Gymboree has truly prepared him for preschool. I would highly recommend Gymboree to anyone!

I LOVE Gymboree, the staff and the teachers! I started taking my little one there when he was 10 months old, but I wish we would have started sooner! He absolutely LOVES it and it is so great to have an indoor play place to go to. I love how they change the play structure set up every 2 weeks so it's always a fun new place for the kids to explore. would highly recommend Gymboree to all moms!!

I came on the recommendation of my friend. I registered directly without taking a trial lesson because it is a very clean, organized and enjoyable environment. My son loved this place, the teachers and staff are friendly and interested. A place we wish we had come earlier.

I wish I could found this place earlier, it is awesome! Teachers are sooo nice & patient they call every kid by his/her name which is so thoughtful. Structures are unique & they change its arrangement every week or so in an exciting way. There are varieties of classes to choose from or do the unlimited membership & reserve whatever you want. They childproof everything & also their app makes reservations easier. Recommend it to everyone!

My LO’s first birthday was exactly a week after the pandemic started and everything got shut down. Those precious years when she would get to learn social skills, understand safe strangers etc was lost due to us social distancing. We got her enrolled into Gymboree when she was 2.5 yo. The first few weeks in Gymboree was stressful, she was running away from kids and was extremely scared of the tunnels, bridges and slides. Then came Miss.Molly whom she calls her best friend and soon she started loving Gymboree and within a week or two she started socializing with kids, was not afraid of the slides/tunnels anymore. Not to forget Miss.Maya who sings like a dream and inspires my LO to learn how to sing. She loves their Art and music classes to the core. I highly recommend Gymboree and especially the teachers there. They are so patient, creative and exude so much energy and enthusiasm that the kids are so motivated. Thanks to their teachers Molly, Maya and Inase. Highly recommend!!

My girls love Gymboree class. I love that they offer a family class. My oldest daughter has been attending for almost 2 years. She’s learned so many things. She learned new songs made new friends, and most importantly all her teachers are the sweetest and very patient. My daughter always has so much fun with Ms Jenna. My youngest daughter was very shy at first but she got very comfortable with Ms Alia. I always recommend this Gymboree location to all my mom friends and family.

Heather and the staff are AMAZING!!! We have taken our 15 month old baby there for the past 2 months and her growth has gone off the charts! Since covid hit it’s been hard to have play dates. The health protocols here are very through, we feel safe and taken care of before we get in the door, during play time & after! We are always greeted by name as we get tempture checked and hands sanitized. The teachers we have had during our time are outstanding! Miss Alia is very spunky, fun and makes every kid feel like they are the only ones in the room. Her warm smile and hello puts the kids at ease when they enter like there going to an old friends house for playtime. Miss Jenna is always supportive of every kids activity and asks great questions to the child to get them thinking. It always warms my heart that she always asks each child how their day was and a personal question that shows she remembers the child from week to week. Miss Inez always helps the kids explore parts of the gym play structures that they may be afraid off or unsure and helps them conquer that fear and instill more confidence. In the time our girl has been going she has really blossomed socially, gained new confidence, learned more about sharing and has had a fun, entertaining time doing it. Best of all as a parent she is tired after and takes a fantastic nap! I highly recommend Pleasanton’s Gymboree to anyone with a kid. It’s a fantastic place and the staff has become good friends that truly care about our child.

Gymboree has been a blessing to our family! We started taking our son at 7 months, he turns 1 tomorrow and I honestly wish we had gone sooner as they do offer classes for all ages. He is our first born so it was pretty much just him and I every day. Unfortunately like most he was missing out on interacting with his peers and that's something that was very important for my husband and I. He also wouldn't give any adults the time of day whether they were family or close friends he didn't want anybody else to hold him but me and his daddy if mommy wasn't free.  His very first visit at Gymboree I noticed a difference in him, his social skills just increased as we hoped they would. The joy and excitement in him to be able to roam free safely and not have Mommy telling him no every 5 minutes was very rewarding for me as a parent. Also being able to interact with other kids/adults is definitely what we wanted for him. Ms. Heather the owner of Gymboree is super sweet, helpful and OCD about cleanliness. On numerous occasions I've seen her vacuuming, mopping and cleaning. Being an OCD Mom myself that was something I definitely took notice to and appreciated. Of course no parent wants their kids getting sick. Although you can't control other parents bringing their kids to play places when their child is sick, it definitely brings peace of mind knowing that the facility puts their best efforts forward to protect your child from getting sick. Her staff is amazing really! I guess you have to be when you sing and play with kids all day long. My son's favorite teacher is Ms. Amanda, he adores her and so do I. She is so sweet and is always available to answer questions. Even when we first started attending she would take the time to interact with our son, I think that's why he fell for her! ; Gymboree did offer a free class so that we can try it out before we decided to sign up and I can't say it enough, signing up with Gymboree was the best decision that we made for our baby. It's not always easy to find a fun/safe facility for your kids to play plus one that also has great staff. We have definitely found it. We live in Manteca and yes we drive to Pleasanton Gymboree and it is well worth the trip for us! :

I have a 8 month old baby and we have been taking her to Gymboree open gym. The toys and activities are interesting and they motivated by baby to start crawling. Also we took her to a baby class and the staff is really friendly and interactive. It was a fun experience and my baby really loved it.
