OUR PROGRAMS:
Stroller Strides®: Now Offering
Stroller Strides, our flagship program, is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom. We help give Moms the STRENGTH for Motherhood!
Stroller Strides classes offered Monday and Wednesday in Virginia Weaver Park and Friday at Crawford Park form 9:30-10:30am.
Stroller Barre®: Coming summer 2017
Stroller Barre is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format.
Body Back®: Coming summer 2017
Body Back is an 8 week results-based workout designed for moms in any season of motherhood who are ready to take their fitness and vitality to the next level. Body Back clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class that will change them inside and out, for the better.
