FIT4MOM offers fitness programs for moms at any stage of motherhood:
Fit4Baby is a prenatal workout to help you feel great during pregnancy and prepare for labor, delivery, recovery and motherhood.
Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre are challenging and fun total-body workouts you do with your little ones in the stroller.
Body Back is a high intensity interval training workout program combined with a nutrition component designed to help moms reach their maximum potential and feel their best. Body Back is mom only - no kiddos/strollers - its YOU time.
Run Club offers moms (and dads!) the chance to train for an event with an encouraging and supportive group.
Our Village is a FREE moms group that offers weekly playgroups, moms nights out and involvement in a variety of community service projects.
All programs are great for ANY LEVEL of fitness. All classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who are also moms!
