The food here is always great- but what is above and beyond is all the employees! They are spectacularly friendly and they do everything they can to make sure every customer has a great experience. Which I experience it. It was Fast, friendly, consistent. And I almost really enjoyed the food.
My first time at this location wasn't great, Five guys are so well known and super expensive. So you can imagine my disappointment after paying 25 dollars and not being satisfied. Luckily the manager Steven was very polite and corrected the issue.Food: 3/5
Good good, never disappointed. Always cooked fresh. However, I did have cheese in my burger although I didn't order it, nor do I eat American cheese. But otherwise it was good.Food: 4/5
Honestly frustrating experience with online order not being ready 50 minutes after ordering because of "fries" but there being probably 12 orders of fries that came in and ordered after me and received food. After my food was ready I was informed I would not be able to get the milkshake I ordered for another 15 minutes. I was given a full refund at my request which is the only reason I'm not giving a 1 star. I won't be return to a Five Guys.
I bought a cheeseburger which is actually a double cheese burger and fries. The service was excellent, and food was made fresh. However, I can only give 3 stars because it is expensive$19.12 without a drink and; when I bit into my cheeseburger It was pink and not just a little pink. It was so pink that I had to finish cooking it in the microwave.
Not anything over the top to dine in just a burger shop. But it's not just a burger shop out of all the places to get a burger hands down best your going to find. If you get fries normal amount is alot or lrg that a bag worth. I do feel it's pricy here but fantastic food good people and clean can't beat it.Food: 5/5
One of my favorite Friday night take outs. Great made to order burgers with peanuts while you wait. Staff is always friendly. I don’t order their shakes but I hear they are amazing especially when dipped with fries.
25$ for cheeseburger, fries, and bottle of soda no thanks don’t even taste good they think they are some kid of special restaurant to charge that kind of money
Pretty standard, but be prepared to pay restaurant prices for takeout. Food was tasty, order for pickup correct. Definitely a bit of a chaotic atmosphere, but to be expected.Food: 4/5
Mmmm... the fries are so good. The burgers are all fresh, made to order. The fries are served piping hot and overflowing the cup they're served in. The free peanuts while you wait are a big hit with the kids.
