Flashback Martial Arts offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as it was refined and advanced by the Gracie family. Our lineage can be traced through Rodrigo Vaghi, Rickson Gracie, and then to the founder Helio Gracie. Along with the jiujitsu, we offer mixed martial arts (MMA), kickboxing, muay thai, wrestling, grappling, historical European martial arts (HEMA), and conditioning classes.
