It's ok for a RV park if u have a 4 wheel drive truck. Gaint potholes in the driveway and the low part of park floods when it rains and none of the sites are level. Bathroom are dirty and people always doing damn near 45 through the park won't be staying again. Manager was rude because I came in around 12am like I'm sorry I travel and road trips take forever
The guy said he just bought it and the sites are big, but no amenities. Laundry doesn't work, WiFi doesn't work cable was just shut off and no channels available, noisy from traffic and lots of long term
It's a very nice rv campsite... I've stayed there several times now , the pool was clean and the kids were having a wonderful time. Pets are welcome also as long as they're on a leash. They have a Laundromat & a playground for the little ones!
I am not from here so I went to the Flint River Basin with my dog Waya just to get out and enjoy the river. We also drove around to see what was there for our future outings. My granddaughter had her baby shower at their pavilion last year. I enjoyed our time there. We will be back!
Okay setup new owner high priced for the level of quality that I understand he is improving the park close to city for convenience.
FRRVPARK is under new ownership with an on-site manager. Mo, is working hard to get this place cleaned up and all sites working.
I won't be back. Leaving early actually. I don't particularly care for my pets nor my partner being attacked by a loose pitbull running about the park on our own site. Additionally, you could cut the grass from time to time.....
This isn’t a terrible park. The owner works full time so you do have to just check in through the envelope system but he did contact us to make sure things were ok. Gravel and dirt roads. All sites are grass but the grass is nice. There are a few full timers but we didn’t have any problems at all. The play ground is tiny along with the pool but it’s November so no swimming for us. There is a huge park across from the exit of the RV park and it’s really nice. Bainbridge is amazing. Quant little town with friendly people. All in all would stay here again. Pull through and back in sites. Full hook ups.
Mgr. Never answered her phone. Called day before and 3 times day of check in. Finally answered and said to call her when we arrived. We did she didn't answer r.c Instructions on wall said to pick a site and fill out envelope and deposit in slot Cable didn't work. No map. No dumpster. No water to be seen. Loud traffic noise.lots of permanents. 46 dollars lesson learnef.
We will not be back. My family of five booked a long weekend after only looking at the campground’s website. There is a reason there are no pictures. The campground is really more of a run down trailer park. The grounds were unkept long grass, trash on the playground, trash and other abandoned items in campsites. There are multiple permanent residents with tarped-up campers, vehicles missing windows, trash and junk piled up. The owners were never there, and we waited a full 24 hours before the camp host was even able to check us in. Our reserved site was not available when we arrived, so we just picked the cleanest looking site and hooked up. All of the sites are on grass, and an easy 2/3 of the sites are uneven. The campground sits between two LOUD highways, and despite the map on the website, access to the Flint River is not convenient. The main reasons we booked here were the amenities - putput course, playground and pool for our children. The putput course was awful. Poison ivy everywhere. The course was filthy and falling apart. The store also stays locked since nobody is there, so we were lucky to even get putters and balls to use. The playground was awful. Nails sticking out of the wood in multiple places. Trash and weeds all in the sand. Thankfully the pool was in decent condition, as we spent most of our time there. Only problem was the chain smoking, drunk resident who hung by the pool every afternoon and evening. This campground needs WORK, and from everybody we spoke to, it seems the owners really never come around and they clearly don’t give a rip about keeping up with the place. Save your money and go elsewhere.
