I wanted some Birkenstocks. The owner and her wonderful staff helped me get the right fit; ordered my size as she didn’t have them in stock; kept me posted on their arrival; and then shipped them to me when I couldn’t get there. Five star service for sure!! I love my birks, thank you Nicolette!!
Such an amazing store! Selections are great and prices are very reasonable. Nothing better than supporting a local store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If your in the area and want to check out a very unique shoe/sandal shop and many other items… look no further and check Flips out. Cannot wait to be back on our next visit!
Sometimes I think I only visited this place in a dream, but it's real! Unassuming shoe shop on the main strip in Ogunquit, but they shine when it comes to their end of season sale. Absolutely wild prices on brands like Teva and Birkenstocks. Have scored a few of my favorite pairs of shoes here and will absolutely keep stopping in when I'm in town!
Flips is is gem. Super friendly, attentive staff in a fabulous, easy-to-find location with amazing selection. The owner puts a TON into this place and it shows! Support local businesses and get some fabulous comfortable shoes/sandals/slides/etc at Flips today!
This is a great store with great prices. The owner was super kind to my daughter and helped her with picking out an awesome watch. I would highly recommend checking this place out.
Great store and the owner was friendly! I felt bad she had to deal with an unruly customer looking for free shoes because she claimed the shoes made her nauseous. She handled it professionally better than me I would have told her to get out and not come back
Excellent customer service! Nicolette was outstanding handling our orders during this crazy time of Covid19. She was prompt, attentive, and sent our order through the mail as we were unable to do curbside pickup. Her products are quality, and she rocks!
Considering the location, it's a great little shop
Finally a shoe shop with a very large array for men and women. The have everything in stock unlike most stores. You will not be disappointed and make sure you ask for your size as the have more than what’s on the floor! Thank you so much for the shoes!!
We love this sandals shop. I have bought two pairs of flip flops here over the past 5 years when in town. The staff is very helpful and the selection is good.
