The best part is they are a Darn Tough sock retailer!! Darn Tough socks are warrantied for life and are the best socks in the world. No matter what shoes you pick, buy Darn Tough socks to go with them. Thank me later! 5 Stars all day.

Came in looking to replace a pair of Keen work shoes I purchased there a few years ago and was very happy with. The specific pair I had wasn't available, but Andrew was able to present me some options that fit my needs. Wound up walking out with a shoe/insert combo I might like even more than what I had.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Not once but twice did my husband and I have the same experience. On Saturday 3/11/23 we went to the same store hoping that the 1st experience would not repeat itself. As soon as we walked through the door, we knew the experience would repeat itself. We had an idea what we were looking for and waited for a salesperson to assist us. There were 2 men working and 2 women at the cash register. One of the male salesperson was helping a customer while the other walked around not asking us if we needed assistance. This is where it gets interesting. As we were waiting a couple walked in and the salesperson who never acknowledged us went right over to them and waited on them. You see, my husband is from Jamaica and the couple that came in were both white. I hope the white couple that was waited on by this salesperson had a great experience. Never thought that we would experience this twice at the same store by the same employee.

Always great service. They only sell quality products so it's not the cheapest place for shoes but I am happy giving my business to a local store.

Came in at the end of a long work day, my feet most likely had an odor, and Rachel was super helpful in placing me in the perfect work shoe! Definitely coming back.

The best place to buy shoes for small children, in the Portland area. Great selection, and the ability to work with knowledgeable sales staff to get just the right fit is priceless. Am never buying shoes for the kids online again! Just come here and save yourself the hassle of poorly fitting shoes.

Rachel was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was purchasing running shoes for the first time in several years, and she was able to assess my needs by watching me walk. She measured and discussed the different size options, was very aware of different brands, differences and nuances and was able to help find a shoe that was a great fit. This was my first time here but my daughter shops here often. The inside was attractive and clean. The staff people were pleasant and professional. The inventory was adequate and the prices equal to other shoe stores I have visited. I left with a pair of sandals and a pair of very cute ankle boots. It was a good experience . I will be returning.

I called and Emily answered the phone and was able to assist me in finding the exact shoe I wanted. She was able to set them aside for me to come in. Once at the store, Bridget was extremely helpful. She got me some different sizes and styles to try on. She was very patient and completely understand where I was coming from being a perfectionist lol. Overall very satisfied with the service received!
