Have been waiting for medical white coat now for over two months. No clear answer on where it is but I want my money back.

Excellent customer service! I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am for the help of your assistant manager. Came in to buy my son’s uniform and she was so kind and helpful. Pulled all the sizes, was knowledgeable, and patient. Rare qualities found in retail these days. Thanks again for finding exactly what we needed.
The ladies who helped us were outstanding! Very friendly, made the kids really comfortable and didn't push for sales. They helped me figure out what pant size was best for my boy, despite his claim that "these are perfect" when they were obviously too small They even tied his tie for him, so he would only have to loosen it to put in on and take it off until he can tie it himself I only gave it 4 stars because the prices seem OUTRAGEOUS to me! But maybe that's just how much things cost these days...
Staff needs training. I appreciate they hire high school students but they really need to spend more time training them. The girl helping me couldn't pull up the right informative, kept wandered off with out a word, lost the sheet that had all the uniform information, made me wait 15 minutes for my embroidered shirts before coming out and telling me they were too backed up to do them. Overall besides being able to try on the size ,it was a huge waste of time. Left the store to place an order online. I should mention they we're not overly busy either.
I don't like the prices for the quality you get. On top of that the uniforms are not made to fit children of different shapes and sizes. Its upsetting that this is the only place you can purchase uniforms for your child. It leaves you with no choice but to unhappily shop there. If I had a choice I would most definitely shop elsewhere. I feel being as though they are the only place to purchase uniforms at, they should at least have more if a variety and better styles. All that money you spend for what?...an inch of their embroidered logo name? So not worth the purchase.
I have had to order from them for the last two years. Last year we ordered short sleeved shirts and received long sleeve. So we drove an hour to get to the store to get that fixed. Then this year they came to my daughters school for convenience to place the orders. She tried on everything we needed and placed the order and when we received it they sent skirts at least 4 sizes to big and a sweatshirt instead of sweatpants. We drove all the way to Exton again to exchange the skirts and sweatshirt. We tried everything on, got the order placed and then they send us the wrong color skirts. Very frutstrated!!
forget about the store actually having any stock outside of July and August. they want to order everything. if i had time to wait to order something, i wouldn't run to every location i can find hoping you stock the uniforms our kids are required to wear. and... if you have to ask, you cant afford it. no price tags on anything. they know you have no choice.
I tried to return 3 unopened school uniform shirts. Apparently ripping people off in the middle of a pandemic is fine. $80 down the drain. Will never shop here again.
The quality of the fabic used to make the uniform pants is horrible for the price you pay. The pants don't hold up well, any little thing that gets on them makes a stain and doesn't come out in the wash, they shrink and fade. Really hate that this is the only place to get the uniforms my kids need and they know it and don't care.
