Stopped in here while passing through town, so I can't comment on the service, but they have a good selection of bikes and road/commuter gear. Not as much selection for mountain bike gear, but they do have some. Pretty good selection of nutrition/hydration, in several brands and flavors. They also have a women's advocate program in this location: There are clinics and rides, for women, led by a female Trek Women's Advocate.
This store is AMAZING. Super accommodating! I originally went in to look at bikes because I was interested in beginning a new hobby/exercise. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bought my bike that day. Fast forward 2 weeks later, my son is now on their “As you grow” program. Now I can feel confident that my son is safe!
Working with the bike saleswoman I was encouraged to take my time and try a variety of bikes within my budget. They were patient and helpful in making recommendations that would aid in a better riding experience. I was so happy when I found the bike that worked with my needs. I highly recommend a very professional setting when looking for your next riding machine!
They were really helpful and answered any questions I had while purchasing my bike. When I went back to pick it up after they assembled it, they made sure to check the seat height. What I liked most was that they didn’t oversell anything, great company, great employees and I will definitely be back.
Stacey loves to ride, you can see it in everything she does. In addition she loves to encourage others to ride. It does not make a difference if they have never been on a bike or have been riding for years. She will help you find the perfect bike for you. Amber the technician is also pretty amazing. She built my bike and helped me get it set up for its maiden voyage. Extremely friendly staff at Trek Exton.
I visited Trek Bicycle Exton a few months ago after becoming frustrated with other bike shops in the area. Frank and Amber are the one-two punch of service. They have fixed my bottom bracket and are eager to share their experience and knowledge with curious riders like me. Amber even tracked down a new thru axle for my gravel bike that had been nearly impossible to find original bike manufacturer didn’t even have it. I’ve always tried to be careful about my bike spend, it can be costly at times. But I never hesitate now to pay these guys a visit. They’re worth every penny. Keep up the good work guys! Tim
Provided a 10 out of 10 rating. The Service team at Trek Exton provided great service on this, and my previous, visit. They know their stuff, they’re professional and very personable. They made my entry level FX1 hybrid hum like a well engineered machine.
The entire staff cares about customer needs. They listen and are concerned that you make the right purchase. If there are any problems they take care of it even if it requires a considerable amount of time and effort on their part. There is a book called “ customer satisfaction is worthless, customer loyalty is priceless.” The staff at Your Exton store is concerned that the customer is satisfied, but even more importantly, they build a loyal customer who will recommend them to others and keep coming back as their needs change. I have been dealing with this store for a long time, and will continue to do so.
Amber is always so helpful. She helped me pick out a suitable rack and trunk for my 165 mile trip I took with the Rails to Trails. She even installed it for me! Amber is always happy and willing to help. All the trek staff in Exton have been wonderful.
Amazing, accommodating service. I came in last minute to get a new speedometer. Not only did they put it on right then and there, while there I asked if they would inspect my bike for the MS ride. They totally did. Anytime we have gone in the service has been amazing.
