I will NEVER buy anything that is shipped through UPS. My package was estimated to arrive on 9/28 thursday. On 9/26 I get the "delayed" message till 9/29 saturday. Keep in mind this package was kind of urgent. The package is now in the facility near me and instead of shipping it out on saturday 9/29 which i know they couldve as they scanned it in at ~4am they decide to make me wait until monday to ship my package. UPS My Choice wouldn't let me register so I couldn't even go to the facility and pick it up. I call the tech support on the phone, no answer. I call the general UPS support and all she does is ask for all my information just to tell me she will call me back, which she never did. Absolutely useless. I swear to god if I get my package on monday and it is slightly damaged I'm going to write up the biggest claim you have ever seen.
Horrible experience. Two employees refused to mail my package because it wasn't in plastic or in a mailer "such as an Amazon package". Hello? Amazon ships in paper mailers all of the time!! Then I was repeatedly like a parrot told by Duncan McCaskel a third employee to "please leave" when I questioned him mailing it causing much embarrassment to the point where another customer offered to buy me a box. Apparently this UPS store has enough business as they chase it away. The Thorndale location had no problem mailing the same exact package about 20 minutes later and furthermore said it was "packaged perfectly" by their two female employees. There was no valid reason why I was discriminated against by these three men. Why is it "UPS policy" in one location but not in another? Furthermore when I just called to speak with the owner, I was only given the name of "Dan or Steve Brady" and told "they're never here and we have no way to get in touch with them other than e-mail" and then I was called a liar and I was hung up on by Duncan McCaskall. BAD customer service!!
The lady in the photo was talking on her personal phone either buying something and providing her credit card information while trying to process my order the same time. Within minute of leaving the store, I realized she had typed the wrong Verizon order number provided to her for my equipment return. After having to go back into the store and waited in line to ask her to correct the mistake, she got very defensive with raised voice and not willing to help. She indicate that my number provided in the email did not take in the system and the new number was what came up. She ask that I call Verizon instead of correcting her mistake. I thought of what she said is true then all I need is her name and signature or some document to link my order number to her order processing. She simply would not willing to help or reprocess. Her reaction was totally unacceptable and should not be in job that interact with customers. All I want for her is to fix her mistake or at least try to fix it. I then had to wait a full hour in the store until the manager to help me. The manger apologized and reprocess the return order with my correct number without any issue in the system. He further packed it up in front of me to ensure I saw it boxed and shipped. This was my first time and the last time to coming to this UPS store. What should have been a quick equipment return ended with a 2+hr of commitment and frustration. What a joke!
UPS Store - Exton PA Always friendly and efficient. Even when they are busy and the store is packed I am never waiting more than 5 - 6 minutes.
REALLY BAD SERVICE! Called to try to get 17 pages printed and the guy said "I'm leaving the store now and I'm the only who can do it. You will have to wait until tomorrow. Not my problem"
The employees are generally kind and courteous they’re excluded from the 3-star review. However, UPS schedules one of them at a time it seems. They’re doing their best, so prepare to be patient if you stop in later in the day.
Easy to get in and out with designated parking up front. Friendly and helpful customer service. This place has been around for a long time and I wish they had another one closer in Exton Main Street.
The staff gets 5 stars-they were friendly & knowledgeable. But the pricing was outrageous. I needed a box and was shipping a gift cross country. I had looked at the UPS Store website to get an idea of the cost and for a box 20x12x12, weight 15 lb the estimate was $52.64 for ground shipping going to CA. Seemed high but I didn't have the right size box. Once I got there I was quoted over $90 with them boxing it. WHAT?? So I asked if I could just purchase the box and the price for 1 box was $20. For ONE box that maybe cost them .50. Charge $5 and you're still making a huge profit. But $20? That felt like price gouging.

Friendly service but wouldn't put one strip of tape on a small box. Disappointed that large companies use their shipping service but do not offer any assistance besides charging $3 for taping it or buy a roll and tape it yourself. Does make me inclined to use FedEx.
