Food 4 Less

Several questionable characters in & around the parking lot. Many will approach you; be safe, visit in the daytime & go with another adult. Store itself is usually clean & well-stocked. Excellent produce & meat selections. Good prices, but having to bag your own groceries sucks.

This food for less is actually pretty clean. It is well organized and clean. Store is well maintained and lit and plenty of friendly staff to get you on your way. Prices are more than reasonable and a good selection of items. The great prices at the gas station is a bonus.

A subsidiary of of Kroger family; but do not expect the charm of your neighborhood Kroger market. Homeless folks and security guards adorn exterior and chaos and empty shelves the interior. You may be able to find of of your favorite Kroger brand items inside…

So I normally come to this Food 4 Less all of the time and today I dealt with a rude Hispanic cashier every time I come here to purchase liquor for my husband because I don’t drink. I tell him what liquor I want. And normally walk with them to go and get the liquor and then I’ll show my ID and pay for it today the cashier was very rude. Asked me for my ID. & and and a idea and I said to her girl I have id ok that’s not an issue at all and she told me to get out her line and I said ok we’ll give me my dam I’d back she refused to give me my ID at first, so I tried to snatch it from her, and then she finally set it down now I am African-American black woman. She is a hispanic in this store is predominantly Hispanic workers, so I have to get my ID I got into another line and I asked to speak to the manager, which was another Hispanic lady, and she was very nasty and rude as well and then There was another cashier that was a Hispanic guy. He said he was standing right there on the cash register in back of her and took up for all of the hispanics against one black person I will never return to the store spend my money here ever black ppl go to the store on Euclid no come here they don’t want us in this store

OUT OF STATE FOLKS BEWARE If you have a license that is not issued in the state of California, they will turn you away for sales requiring proof of ID. Now, we've been in town since the beginning of April, going to this same Food4Less and have had no issues but today they lost their minds and forgot the rules of verifying ID. They turned my husband away, a paying customer whose ID they've taken at least once a week since April 9th, and they made a choice to switch it up. Both their cashiers and managers need some retraining before I'll set foot back in there. Luckily, there are lots of other, non Food4Less stores that do take our IDs without issues. Do not recommend.

Stopped in for a few forgotten items. A bit crowded for a Friday that's not a payday weekend. Found most everything and got in line quick

The place will definitely make you feel like the employee and customer are all Holocaust deniers and want hitler back and it's frightening as hell

It's where people go because they think they're getting a good deal on food products,,, ,,,, and not really,, you play with your prices,, like you play people,,, with low quality products,, that don't last,,, ,!!!!!

I went to put gas and I asked the clerk:Marielena G. $28.00 ON PUMP 4. I paid with card and when I pump gas into my car . She charge me $38.00. as she walked away from her station. I wanted to say something but she got into her car and drove off. Really! What kind of workers this food 4-less has. Either she didn't understand the English language or is a thieves. I will never put gas here again.
