This is the 4th or 5th dress we have purchased from Formal Approach. They have a great variety of dresses and sizes. We love that the dresses are arranged by color. Even though they have a great selection, the staff is what sets them apart. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Ms. Rebecca has helped Chloe pick out her dress each time. She is WONDERFUL and somehow knows how to find the perfect dress each time. More than once we ended up buying a dress not even on our radar because Rebecca suggested she try it on and it ended up being the one. She always knows what we want even when we don’t. Wonderful store, great selection, even better employees! We will continue to have Formal Approach as our one stop dress shop!
As soon as we walked through the doors we were treated like royalty. Every single person that we came in contact with treated us so kind. Hands down the BEST shopping experience. And she found the exact dress and color that she wanted. These ladies are AMAZING! We will definitely be back!
I had the most wonderful pleasure of working with Leah over the phone to order my granddaughter's prom dress. She found a dress here in Franklin, TN and fell in love with it. The store told her it was not available for order, would not offer a discount if she purchased the sample, would not have it cleaned or sanitized. After a day and a half of phone calls all over the country to find this dress, I spoke with Leah at Formal Approach. She confirmed the dress my granddaughter wanted was not available BUT she offered its "sister" dress which was more beautiful than the original. Needless to say Leah and Formal Approach saved the day AND prom. We've already started looking for next year!!!
We always have a great experience when visiting. We’ve purchased several dresses at your store. Rebecca makes the entire process fun and easy. She asks questions about the event to make sure she recommends the best fit possible. She encourages us to try on as many dresses as we would like to. She truly makes it a boutique experience and it makes spending time with my daughters memorable and special.
Rebecca is phenomenal!! She knew exactly what I wanted before I did!! She is the sweetest and best ever. I went to another bridal shop let’s just say a bigger name place and did not have the experience I did with Rebecca. Please go see her for any of your dress needs. I was searching for the perfect dress for my son's wedding.I was very delighted that I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a cheerful smile by Miss Rebecca she was so very helpful and determined to help me find the perfect dress. She went above and beyond and did exactly everything so efficiently and professionally so courteous and personable with me. I couldn't have ask for anyone better. She helped me find the perfect dress, shoes, and accessories..So if you go in ask for Rebecca, you won't be disappointed..She's great..
Sometimes finding the right dress has to first start with finding great customer service.. which has been in short supply in all the previous stores I have visited. Rebecca at Formal Approach was the exception! She was incredibly helpful in assisting me in finding a dress that suits my needs! I went in panicked and stressed and left with a smile! Her service and patience made my entire experience pleasant.
Formal approach is absolutely amazing! The whole staff is so welcoming! Rebecca is the most welcoming, kind, thoughtful, truthful, helpful and EVERYTHING ELSE! I’ve used formal approach for everything event I had both proms and even my wedding! Rebecca has helped me with ever event and wants nothing less than for you to look your best and be comfortable!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
