Weigel's Stores

Stopped in for gas today. They are always busy here. They have good hot dogs but they don't always have then ready. The gas prices are usually comparable to others in the area. I wish they would start selling organic milk. The price of their other milk is usually good. It is easy access from the road.

I went to check out at the register and the cashier young gentleman just stood there right in front on me with a blank look not even acknowledging me. It was awkward...i asked are you open? Everyone else I've dealt with here has been helpful it's just this guy. He didn't even reply or acknowledge me. I won't be back. It was a terrible experience.

How about employees not stand around watching videos instead of making people wait that would be nice

Recently this store updated their registers. Some events fell at the right moment that I had a small issue. I was the guinea pig on how to resolve the issue. However, the store manager Teresa was there and after an unfortunately long wait was able to explain what happened and the issue was resolved. She never lost her cool and used the resources that she had available to her. For that, I thank Weigel's for their training, and the clerk who helped me This store has friendly staff, great pizza, outstanding coffee selection, and a big selection of beverages. Even if you don't get gas here, get the milk or drinks here!

Update yesterday I got a 15 cent discount per gallon of gas at Food City gas and go and at times I get 30 cent discount per gallon it is always smart to compare gas prices. For example compare the gas price of the Dandridge Weigel's store to the Jefferson City Weigel's store it might surprise you. When comparing Food City gas prices with Weigel's gas prices...Food City wins every time and Food City doesn't require customers to purchase a gas card just convenient and pleasant service.

No soap in the bathroom with a, no soap sorry... sticky note in the dispenser. You serve food products. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Ya know I hate to say this but being in the customer relations business I would have to say there needs to me a employee meeting on being friendly. There is some guy there that doesn’t speak to you, look at you or even say thank you. I even addressed it today and the guy didn’t even reply. One of the young ladies said he is our quite one. She apologized but he didn’t and it’s obvious he doesn’t care. I know most of the world feels like being nice is beneath them but i really think they are wrong. Sorry for the rant. Thank you to the management team for the reply....i will trust that you will follow up on training the employees as i myself would due. i will now update my score for you and your business. thanks so much for the reply

somebody needs to train the employees on how to change the receipt paper on the gas pumps. tired of having to go in when I just want a quick stop for gas.

I have worked for this company a little over a year, I love working here &- all the staff that I work with!! My Boss Miss "T" is AMAZING!!!!
