Forsyth Mower Works, LLC is a parts, sales, and service center of outdoor power equipment in Winston-Salem, NC. We sell many of the most popular brands of outdoor power equipment including BobCat, eXmark, Cub Cadet, Stihl, Echo, and many more. Nothing better than this company. I had a very tough time finding a particular mower anywhere...searched online and seemed like this place had one so I called them, they offered to send me pictures to my phone SO HELPFUL!, which was great! I asked if they would hold it for me until I could get there the same day, they said they'd put a sold sticker on it thank you!!. When I came in, the took it back, serviced in, I paid, and was on my way. So easy! Thanks guys
This is an excellent lawn mower and power equipment shop. They have all the resources to handle repairs and sell top quality equipment for when it's time to replace your old stuff.
I've called for parts on 3 seperate occassions and they haven't had any of them. Then called about a tire today that's $43 online thinking maybe they have one for a little more that can be put on today instead of me waiting for one to be shipped. They want $120 for just the tire, that doesn't include the rim or it being put on. That's triple the price. 60 or 70 or even 80 with it being put on the rim included would have still been extortion but reasonable extortion. But 3× the price for a lawnmower tire? Completely unacceptable.
I had a mower deck issue I thought was more difficult to fix than it was. The guy who helped me came out, got up in my truck and fixed it in 10 minutes for me. Very friendly and very helpful.
Quality service with great pricing. Took my push mower to get fixed and it starts on the first tug everytime. 10/10 recommend.
I love to shop in this place. They have everything you need for lawn care business.
These guys and gals are the absolute best. Had my mower in for spindle replacement under warranty and also replaced faulty gas gauges Im never going anywhere else. Best customer care ive encountered at ANY lawn/tractor equipment dealership. Thanks FMW!!!
I’m modifying my review from earlier this morning. I’ve had good service here in the past. The guy that I talked to this morning didn’t seem very enthused or thankful for calling imo, but everyone has a bad day and needs the benefit of the doubt. Thank you.
Went to get a lawnmower belt... they could not help me and sent me to O'Reillys to get charged over twice what I can buy the same belt online. Not sure what they should call their business but they are sure no help with parts for lawn mowers!
Excellent customer service and super happy to have them as a Ventrac dealer I can trust , super easy to call and get my parts shipped to my door
