We recently bought a new home and wanted to make it our own. We bought a new custom mahogany door and needed a new entry set for it. We also wanted new interior door handles though out the house probably around 3-4K of hardware. The first interaction with the lady in front she gave me her email to send specs, but largely blew me off and never returned my emails. So, I went in to the store with the blueprints told them what I needed. Again, completely blew me off and never even gave me a quote. That was 10 days ago. So, I went online found everything I needed with free delivery and great customer service. We love supporting local business. However, this business only wants the big contracts and does not care about the other people in the community. I know warn all our friends and colleagues stay away from RBS. Just go online. You'll find the same products cheaper and better customer service.
RBS provided a beautiful product and excellent customer service! I’m looking forward to working with them again in the future.
Clint did an amazing job making sure the shower glass install was done correctly! Great guys to work with.
They sell shower doors, glass shower panels, door knobs and dead bolt locks, mirrors, closet racking and shelving, house numbers as well as install these products.
Great service. Clint does everything right the first time!
Broken promises and less than quality work. They did make it up a little by small price concession.
