We bought from Fosseen's for the face to face sales experience. The salesperson was a great guide. The issue is their quality of ordering and delivery, and we spent a lot on 4 chairs and table. When the chairs arrived, two did not have the proper parts. They said that is a manufacturer issue, so I was not my usual intense self. The two chairs they assembled were assembled wrong, and I had to wait the weekend and Monday for repair. It did not make father's day enjoyable. They did come back and fix the chairs, delivered and assembled the other two chairs. We also ordered 3 cases of fire pit gems, clear. My wife just went to pick them up only to find one case of gems... green. I told her to get our money back, and we will order from Amazon. The Traeger grill we purchased did not come with a meat thermometer. We had to go to the store to get it. They did give us one for free. I decided to purchase from Fosseen's and pay the premium prices to get premium service... definitely was not a premium experience.
Bought an expensive heating system from here. Expensive and poor quality. We bought it 3 years ago and it broke the first year and again now. The price to fix is as much as a new system.
1st time in. Was very surprised how competitive the pricing is. It's my new go to place.
Would definitely recommend this place! Me and my husband came in looking to buy our first traeger, Dilan was so helpful and nice he made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in and knew every answer to our questions. I didn’t mention we came in with three little boys going wild and he acted like they weren’t even there... so nice
They sent a technician out to evaluate my current gas fireplace, which has been failing to turn on. They were nice enough, however they couldn’t find the problem and still charged me $100 for diagnostics. It’s still broken.

We went in looking for one thing and encountered an attempt to sell us something else. I totally understand the old-fashioned idea of "selling-up", but would have preferred the salesman answered our initial request before simply writing us off and trying to sell us something else.
This is the best barbecue had home hearth place in Yakima. I absolutely love spending my hard earn money at this place. If you want to decorate your backyard up more pimpin than snoop dog this is the place for you
I find this place very essential in Yakima. They have a wide variety of products From cooking grills to fire places and parts one may need. However the most important thing I find there every time is a stuff that is committed to excellent customer service . They are open early in the morning and close at about 6:00 pm on. M-F.
