Pretty sure the guy behind the counter was hitting on me, but hey, they're the only shop in town with the 201TC

I needed tune up parts such as a blade, spark plug, and a new cable for my self propelled lawn mower. I called and YEREEKA a real person answered. Wayne helped me by asking the correct questions about my mower. One scan on the scan bar made it possible to order exactly what I needed. I was able to pay over the phone. Delivery of the blade and cable arrived very quickly. I was kept up to date on that delivery and notified immediately when they came in. Picking up at the service counter was a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and all of them looked as though they worked extremely well as a team. Great experience and I will return to them for any lawnmower needs! Terrific small business feel! Needed some work done on my chainsaw, and thought it would cost a lot, but it didn't. The associates who helped me were super kind, and cheerful, and treated everyone the same. With friendly smiles and laughter, the place felt like a relatives house, and the best part, was they were willing to spend time with you to talk about what needed to be fixed, and what you could do to make your equipment work easier, and better. They worked fast, and efficient, and had no problem giving you a couple free things to boot. This business is the kind of business that don't exist anymore. A place you can trust to get the job done right, without anyone trying to over sell you things, and at the same time, fixing things you may not have noticed to keep your equipment running super great. I am happy to say, that this little shop is one of a kind, and earns your trust. I needed my mower blades sharpened on a Saturday morning. These guys went ahead and jumped right on it and got me back out the door in about 10min. Thanks!!!

Have used Smittys twice now. Very Honest and Dependable and very informative on what to expect on time and price. Reminds me of a good local home town shop which unfortunately are disappearing fast. I drive nearly a 100 miles to use them knowing that things will be done right. Rest easy if you use Smittys !!!!

Honest Shop to do business with. Very friendly and professional. Took care of my husqvarna garden tractor the same day as I was in a bind to have it back as soon as possible, I was very impressed.
