Worked out great as a quick overnight en route to Nassau. Rooms were nicer than I expected. I had some packages delivered in advance that were waiting for me. Brittany at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating and helped coordinate with Victor, the shuttle driver, to make an extra trip to the airport after their typical final 11:45pm shuttle to grab out large group. And they pulled an extra shuttle the next morning to get us to the international terminal on time. Like I say, for being a 3-star hotel per google, my expectations were beat … and the staff were top notch. Thank you!

Stayed here for 1 night.  Shower had several hairs remaining from previous guest.  No soap, but 2 shampoo’s.  Bathroom counter hadn’t been wiped.  Bathroom sink faucet was held in place by a hand towel and about to fall off.  Ironing board would not stand anymore.  Coffee maker was missing part that holds filter and unusable.  Ac very loud.  Basically you’re paying for a very low end hotel but somehow is still a “Marriott’ brand.

I've been very happy with the staff.  Bar & food service can be a bit slow but it's a solo bartender Ade is awesome.  I've enjoyed the food. Rooms have been satisfactory for me, clean, well stocked. No shelf or anything in the shower for my razor/shaving cream. Nice gym with dumbbells. Some of the common area carpets could use a cleaning.  Elevator floor as well.

Ade the bartender was SO great! He took care of us after a long day of travel. We showed up just before closing and he was very gracious. That is service with a gold star and the food was delicious!Rooms: 5/5

We was here during our family reunion the flight was delayed so we where all already tired and thankfully the front desk man with the glasses was very nice I can't remember his name but we received our keys the room and it was clean but missing towels for some reason and I didnt really like that. The pool was a nice size and clean but the pillows were kinda worn down  but over all we enjoyed it . We ate breakfast it was pretty good and received excellent service from our server Mrs. Jade she was very polite and attentive. The shuttle bus was on time so kudos to the staff and we enjoyed our stay & will be returning.

Short drive to/from the terminal. Employees are all extremely nice. Rooms are a bit beat up. Some of scuffs on the walls, desks are gouged, most likely from moving luggage around. But overall it’s a clean and quiet room. Restaurant is good. Ade is a great bartender/server and all-around good guy. The best part of this place is the price. As an airline pilot, the Crewtel rate for this hotel is unbeatable as of this writing. If you drive, the daily parking rate is also way cheaper compared to other hotel properties in the area. All-in-all, this is my go-to hotel when I commute in the night before a trip.

We stay here a lot being airline peeps. Really great folks working here. Ade at the bar, Velvet at breakfast & Cedric at the front desk are highlights, but everyone is awesome. Rooms are clean & service is really great. We love our home away from home.Rooms: 5/5

This is a fine hotel for the price. Location is super close to the airport and plenty of food, stores if needed, all very close. Staff was very friendly as well.  I have spent nearly 2 full months of the past year in hotels, mainly Marriotts for business travel. I gave 3 stars mainly because I felt the cleanliness of the room left a LOT to be desired. The floor of the shower was dirty and disgusting, the bathroom counters and faucets weren’t clean, and it’s clear the floors haven’t had a good cleaning in a while too. The floor in the bathroom in between vanity and the wall were filled with hairs,  crumbs, wrappers and whatever else has been abandoned there; under the vanity was filthy too, and my remote was covered in gunk. The furniture was pretty banged up and the lack of lighting or outlets near the desks wasn’t ideal for eating or working.  Something I couldn’t wrap my head around was that there was no bathroom trashcan. Why? I had to take used floss, used feminine hygiene products, etc, and put them in my main room garbage can. Not at all acceptable.  Finally, the walls are pretty thin. I was woken up in the middle of the night to hear my nextdoor neighbors engaged in loud adult activities at 3:30am, and they were at it again at 7:30am. And I could hear *everything*.  Bear in mind that you’re near the busiest airport in the world so if you can’t handle the sound of planes this hotel isn’t for you. It’s also close to a loud road. That didn’t bother me, but something to keep in mind.  To my surprise, no turndown service unless you ask either.  Stay was ok, not exceptional. Rated against great Marriott-owned hotels, this place is “decent.”

My flight had a 48 hr cancellation. No distress accommodations from the airline. I chose this place due to close proximity to the airport. When we arrived around 11am and told the front desk agent of our dilemma she was very accommodating. She got us to our room before check in we were exhausted The room was cold and clean. The hotel smelled clean. The ENTIRE staff was friendly especially Jay- at the front desk. He gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers. He took the stress off being stranded for 2 days. No issues with the room. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay near the airport to stay here. Thank you Four Points Sheraton and staff

Ade was the amazing bar tender during my stay. Ade is a perfect person to have working for your company. His kindness & upbeat personality was very welcome after a long day of travel.  Carline was was working the front desk. She was smiling & very patient with my many requests. BRAVO!
