When trying on clothes, the employees were very encouraging and said I looked great, but when I got home I tried it on again and I just really wasn't feeling it, so I returned the clothes a week later and the employees refused to take them back. They said they could tell I had washed them, even though the paper tags were still very intact and the clothes had just sat in the bag for that week. So now I have $80 clothes that make me feel bad about my body. It was just a very mean return experience, the vibes were terrible.

I’ve complained to the online email, I’ve called the store, and now I’m writing a review. I believe her name is Hannah? A larger set blonde haired woman with glasses- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. This has been months and months of her I refuse to even go shop there anymore. Dirty looks, eating on the job, i needed to ask for help she pretended to not hear me. I put items down to purchase and she just stared at me, gave me a smirk and continued to ignore me. The most rude woman I’ve ever met in my life. Zero greeting when walking in, zero customer interaction. I loathe walking by and seeing her working. It truly has been a nightmare shopping while she’s on the job.

I FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT THIS STORE NOW. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL.. ITEMS ARE WAY OVER PRICED. I PURCHASED A DRESS FROM THIS STORE. IT WAS WAY TOO BIG. I USED MY CREDIT CARD TO PURCHASE IT. BROUGHT IT BACK FOR RETURN AND WAS TOLD THAT WE WILL CREDIT YOUR CREDIT CARD. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT NEVER HAPPENED.. I CALLED MY BANK TO MAKE PAYMENT AND FOUND OUT IT WAS NEVER CREDITED BACK TO MY CARD WHICH WAS $ 87.00. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND I WAS TOLD THAT I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED CAUSE HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. SO I HAD TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT ALL THIS AND NOW HAVING TO WAIT 48 HOURS TO GET THE MONEY BACK ON MY CARD WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE 2 WEEKS AGO. SO BEWARE IF YOU USE YOUR CARD AND YOU HAVE TO RETURN IT MONITOR YOUR CREDITS. CAUSE IF I WOULDN'T HAVE CHECKED MINE I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN.

Went in to look around..all I got was ugly stares from the staff...like I wasn't wanted and/or I couldn't afford the clothes. Granted I wasn't dressed to impress considering I was in my work uniform, but honestly I feel like even if I was I still would've gotten those looks. Plus the clothes were WAY too hipster for me...

Great store with excellent, helpful staff. Boutique quality clothes at a fraction of the price.
