I had the pleasure of being helped by Rob and Kati yesterday when I went to rent a suit for my wedding. I got to the location a little before close, and the place was clearly busy. After a brief wait, they were incredibly helpful with explaining the process and answering all of my questions with clarity. On top of all of that, when we were all finished up I checked my watch to notice that I had kept them past business hours. I would've never known since they didn't once make me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Not once did they mention anything along the lines of "Well, stores closing soon so we better hurry up." I left with my expectations far exceeded.  Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I can safely say that I will be back due to the tremendous character and professionalism of the staff.

Dee provided exceptional service today! She helped us choose an amazing suit for our upcoming wedding and even saved us some money. Alterations were completed in less than 10 minutes and we couldn’t be happier with the suit or the service. Highly recommend!

Excellent selection and price! Noah was a great help and he showed me what would match as well.  Everything that I purchased was also on sale.  The environment is inviting with hundreds of suits, shoes, vests & ties.  They also are altering it so it fits me perfectly. This is the second time I have been here. I still love my Oscar De La Renta suit that was purchased ten years ago.

Went into this store two weeks ago to have my husband and son fitted for a wedding they are supposed to be in this week. We are priced at $196 and some change for both suits after I pay the downpayment $20 for each. We try to pick up their suits a few days early to make sure everything fits because other groomsmen and the grooms suit were incorrect sizes and we're told that the total is over $300?! When I state that's not what we were told initially, they said that we were only given the price of one suit. Again, that is not what we were told two weeks ago! Then we learn that they are trying to charge the same price to rent an adult suit for the toddler suit. It makes no sense, and it's very convenient to double the price that we were given at first 3 days before our event so we have no choice but to pay it. Absolutely insane. If you're local, go to Mary Ellen's. They provide a better overall experience and don't try to swindle you.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Michael. He made the process of fitting and matching shirts with pants effortless. I also had to get pants hemmed and Mario took the initiative to take the pants and hem them in the back while we were checking out. I’ve been to Men’s Warehouse several times before and each time has been a great experience. They’ve always been personable, educating, and made me feel comfortable and heard each time. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great sales staff. Very knowledgeable. My suit is being altered, and I haven’t picked it up yet, but I will update later. A little pricey in why I subtracted a star.

Above average staff; most items overpriced in relationship to quality.

Love love love the manager Ms. D!! Great customer service and went out her way and got my bf pants altered in 10 minutes for a last minute wedding we were attending. Definitely would go back!

The staff at this location is fantastic, I visit as often as I can and have made some great friends in the process. If you dress professionally, stop by and visit this team!

I have not really shopped for clothes in quite a while. I walked in and Michael Grado took care of me. I will shop wherever Michael is any time I need clothes and highly recommend any one seeing this ask for him. Absolute professional who knows how to make you look good.
