The customer service was excellent. staff was very helpful and nice. I would recommend the ChambleeBuford Hwy location. The office manager Sergio has created a pleasant environment for patients and staff. The lobby was kept clean and the noise level was perfect. My daughter has been coming here since 2010 now 13 years old, and she loves it here. Doctors are always helpful in explaining treatment.
My kids had an 11 o’clock appointment I had my daughter to take them because I had to work. She arrived at 11:10 and was told they cannot be seen because 11 o’clock appts don’t have a grace period. Which I was never advised of. When asked can I have something in writing to state that the manager Sergio stated that’s something that should be common sense. After that they said well she have to have consent to bring them when I have never been told this my husband has took them twice in the past and no one said anything about a consent form. I will never take my kids back to this dentist. Franklin definitely need a more professional staff what real manager would use common sense when every service has a grace period if this time is held special it should be advised when an appointment is made.
My son and I had a great experience at this dental office. The receptionist was super polite & very informative. The staff was great overall & treated my son with superb care.
I went to the dentist office in Lilburn for services adult requested that they stop call my phone as a reminder to come in the office repeatedly because they would send over 10 messages as a reminder to come in office I told them that's a Form of harassment And the manager was very irrate And call the police on me I told here I can sue her for Harassment So I called corporate office for complaint for Lilburn office
This is me, Jeshua and the history of me when I was little, I started crying during the process. I was screaming in pain. Now I liked the dentist a bit, but I didn’t the styles around here. The fact is the process couldn’t start because I started gagging. When I started opening wide, I could start choking. Also, that screaming was our toddler Joseph. He hates the dentist. I do too because of the procedure.

Terrible experience. I have 3 kids that were scheduled for an appointment. 2 were scheduled for 3:00 pm and the other was scheduled for 4:00 pm. I was thinking that since I have 3 they scheduled this just to Give time to get there and get the children out of school since it was a Friday. They stated that my children were not able to be seen but one had an appointment at 4 pm. After they saw that, advised that only one can be seen. It was only 3:30 pm. I had to reschedule 2 children and only one was seen. That was not fair. The other two next appointments won’t be until another month from now.
I've been going to Franklin Dental for quite a while. Used to be known as Kool smiles. Ever since the name change, the place's quality has gone down. The nurses are inconsiderate and quite demeaning at moments, and everyone's behavior and attitude is far from welcoming. If you love your child or even yourself, you wouldn't come here for a lick of this behavior. The doctors have been long gone, and my son's father his been charged for the times that she wasn't here. This place doesn't deserve the gas money and time I'm spending right now writing this review. Don't go. It's as simple as that. For the sake of your braincells, don't put yourself through their selfish and rudeness, save your gas, and go to the Ross nextdoor instead. I will be contacting them in the future regarding the remarks I just made. But I don't expect anything to change as this is not gonna be the first or last time something along those lines happen. I moved dental services and all is well for me and my child at this point on. Run away if you can. Thanks.
I was just trying to call and schedule an appointment. Whoever I was speaking with didn’t seem like she wanted to work today. I was asked if I wanted to schedule a cleaning and exam then placed on hold. She then proceeds to tell me someone will call me back. The reviews at all locations are already horrible and I was still willing to give them a try but that was my sign to just hang up. Good luck to anyone who books an appointment. Coming from an experienced dental assistant, this was not a good look for their office.
Very bad experience. My two children have an appointment at 8 am with them.both of them they cancel. One of my son had pollen allergy’ I try to talk with doctor about my son not sick they said they are busy very rude. Very disappointed
