This would be second time at this theater. My first experience was great. My second was horrible. Ignorant and loud teens in the back of the theater that were sitting in my seats. Long story short parents with teens teach your kids some respect when they are not in your eye site before they get hurt.  Most of the staff seem to be teens themselves.Not that it's a bad thing but when it comes to security they might want to have a better team.

The section we were assigned to sit in was just trifling.  Trash on the floor. Juice spilled and sticky as it has been there for weeks. Not even a wet puddle. A sticky puddle. It smells. I told one of the workers about the mess and he said "I don't know how to clean up sticky stuff. I only have a broom and dust pan. I can try and clean it up with this. They don't give me anything to clean up sticky stuff " Like what?!?!  Never again.

Walked in and in the back of my head I was like this place seems disgusting. I proceed to get pop corn and a drink. Popcorn was cold and drink tasted funny, I regret buying food from there... My husband and I walked to the theatre the movie was playing in and each row had garbage and looks like it has not been cleaned in a while. Then we get to our row and turn the flash lights on our phones and the aisle is sticky and more trash. We also look at the seats and they look very dirty. We were not going to sit down and left and requested a refund. This place needs to be shut down! This place violates so many health codes that I felt physically sick just being in there while I’m pregnant. So this was not a good theater for anyone really if you care anything about cleanliness.

Definitely just a sad experience. It's not like it used to be....there are better movie theaters you could go to...seats aren't the recliner kind & they wanted $9 for a Slushie. Went to see Megan. Enjoyed the movie just not the location, bathrooms were filthy and no stalls had locks on them in the Woman's room. Like I said previously just a sad experience!

First we bought the tickets ahead of time and when we walked in, nobody even checked to see if we had tickets. Anyone could have walked into any theater. Then a security guard asked us what we were doing when we were looking for someone to check our tickets and tell us where to go. When we got to the theatre 8, 25 minutes before the movie started, the employees were rude and told us they were  still cleaning and we couldn’t go in. They did not let us in until 5 minutes before the movie started and the theatre was still DISGUSTING. The floors are sticky with popcorn everywhere. The armrests are even sticky. Not to mention, the only 2 imax movies today were at 1pm and 8pm, so there would have been at least 3 hours to clean.

Place was dirty, seats were very uncomfortable and the food was burnt. The person working at the desk to serve the tickets was a good employee as well as the person at the concession stand but other than that I did not enjoy my experience there and I would never go back. I haven't been there for a very long time and thought I'd give it a try but I regret that decision. Would not be my first choice and probably not even my last. Place needs a major update.

Dirty dirty dirty. From the bathrooms down to the theaters. It’s just nasty. I came in early n saw a broom n dustpan in the front of the theater but there wasn’t no one there sweeping. He finally came back 2 mins before show time swept a piece of trash n walked out. I went to get a snack n I had to call out for someone because she was sitting underneath the counter on her phone. As dirty as this place was no one should have been on their phone. Disgusting.

Expected more from an AMC. Very dirty; poor customer service at concessions. Employees clearly don't care. Went to a big movie on a weekend night and it still felt abandoned and almost unsafe. Weird atmosphere.

When i tell you this place is disgusting BELIEVE IT!!!!!! Filthy floors, funky chairs, trash can inside the movie cause nobody moved it. Slippery floors, Cold popcorn, soda machine that barely work Seats so uncomfortable your legs go numb. Old assss maid in manhattan movie poster in the ladies bathroom REALLY not to mention bathroom had toilet paper in only one, broken soap dispenser. I have tried to contact them through all social media platforms and email and I’ve been completely ignored. I WANT A REFUND NOWWW

First time there. No crowd due to Covid-19 so it clean, quiet and not a lot of noise. Nice for a date night with the lady. It was just us and another couple.
