My wife is @ 23 weeks with are baby girl. We enjoy the natural flow of their outfits really accents my wife's beauty. The staff was not as nice at this location as other Free People locations.
Had the best experience today, I went in looking for a specific item but still browsing others. Each associate was so kind, sweet and helpful. Zoe helped me find my item and set me up with a fitting room. We chatted briefly and she sold me on my items. The rest of the gals were also so attentive to me and making sure I was doing okay and finding what I needed. Haley helped me check out and was the absolutely sweetest soul, with the most genuine smile and demeanor. Along with these two gems, Amandaree, Emily and Ava were so kind and upbeat. You can tell they have an enjoyable environment and take pride in making sure the customer is well taken care of. I let them know before leaving that they have some of the best customer service I have experienced while shopping. Keep it up and take care of these gals!
My daughter loves this brand but we do not live locally so we had never visited a brick & mortar location. This location did not disappoint !! Amandaree was so helpful, she knew her product and stock levels. She was able to find the sizes we needed, super friendly and provided us with outstanding customer service. She even offered to ship whatever they did not have in stock arriving to CA. in two days. It is Amandaree who we will return to shop with before we leave Spokane.
I was in the store with a friend who was trying on several items. I was looking for items. I had asked about products that I wanted to purchase and tried on a top. I asked about other products.Every time I inquired about a product the girl was short with me in her answer. I had checked on my friend who was trying on clothes. When I asked about a bar the girl told me she had to get her manager about this. Instead they called security and flagged me as a thief. I informed my friend who was still trying on clothes and we left. I reported this to the corporate office who stated someone would contact me in 3 days. This never happened. I was going to purchase items. I was waiting for my friend to finish trying on clothes so I could get her opinion. I also didn’t know you are not allowed to ask question about products you want to purchase. I will not go into this store or the online store. The only thing i was offered was a 20% off coupon. No thanks.
Placed an order for pick up at the local store. I specifically chose an item that was stated as “in stock” at the Spokane location and after order was placed it stated I would get an email when the order was ready. At any other store, when I ordered something for same day pickup, I would be able to pick it up a few hours after it was ordered… Well, after placing the order late at night- I went to bed, went to work all day and come 9pm when I still hadn’t received a notification that my order was ready, I contacted customer service. They told me to give the order up to 5 business days to be ready. I explained I made the order specifically for an item that was supposed to be available for same day pickup and wanted to pick it up from the store. I asked if I could go down to the store in the morning and just have them pull the order for me, at that point it would have been about 36 hours since I placed the order. The customer service rep told me I couldn’t do that and to give it up to 5 business days. When I asked If I could cancel because that defeated the purpose of my same day pickup order, the rep basically argued with me before finally allowing me to cancel. I love Free People clothing, always have and always will… but this was not a good experience. If a store offers same day pickup then that is what they need to offer. I’ve never had this problem with any other store that offers this service. If I wanted to wait 5 business days I would have just ordered any item off the website, without only focusing on the items that were “in stock and available at the Spokane store” and then had it shipped to me.
I love Free People as a brand and have worn it forever and shopped at other locations often. Was even wearing free people when I walked in. The employees at this store were uninviting, and rude. There were 5-6 employees working and no one acknowledged me until I had 3-4 items in my hand. Never a hello, what am I shopping for, recommendations of new items. I had a couple $200+ items that I was interested in purchasing. After a horrible shopping experience I’d rather order online than help them hit sales numbers. So incredibly disappointed, especially when I’ve had a good experience at other locations.
This location doesn't carry anything bigger than a large. If you are short this isn't the place for you. If you are bigger than a 10 this isn't for you either.
“Employees” contribute to the rise or fall of every business entity Small or Corporate and commonly mirror those “up the ladder”. This said, I’ve long intended to take the time to recognize an ELITE group of individuals whom I’d place upon the “Gold Medal” platform any day. They ALL stand well-above the rest, at the FP Spokane, WA store. Please forgive me if I unintentionally leave anybody “unnamed” love my brain, because I have come to LOVE & ADORE all of “MY people” at FP: Emily, Haley, AmandaRea, Cameron, Rachel, Val, et.al., cultivating relationships that aren’t a “put on”. I’ve even been “reminded” here and there, “you know you won’t wear that” LOL; a clear sign that Integrity and Intentions are above all else. I know that there are goals to meet and bills to pay. Thank you all for the intangibles-giving me a “lift” just by being present, your collective time and genuine interactions EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit; never amiss. The clothes are an added bonus. I give you all a million STARS. Backstory: I discovered and fell in love with the FP Brand 15+ years ago. Their Brands cater to the masses all shapes and sizes, uniquely designed just like our fellow humans and the clothing I truly LIVE/FEEL my best in.
This store has a really dark vibe.maybe because they use slave labor to make the extremely expensive items?was shopping around because we just got paid on Thursday August 12 at about 7pm both employees were “friendly “ in that fake way they train you to treat people they think don’t have money.i asked where a necklace I saw in the window was, instead of telling me where the jewelry was the girl in the green pjs walked us over and stood there watch us shop the jewelry.Btw it was a cute tiny pouch necklace, made out of plastic faux leather for $40.00. I showed a different employee that they had a really dirty shirt on the rack, she seemed annoyed at me.idk, in the shop I work at we sell second hand clothes and I would be embarrassed to have dirty clothes on the rack it happens! I apologize for not noticing and offer it half off was odd. I was not comfortable enough to shop long enough to buy anything because they were following us around the entire time being so phony It was gross.Just remember, you don’t know what kind of people have money to spend.I honestly think my husband’s tattoos made them stereotype us. This store charges prices that locally made and with ethical morals charge, yet they use the worst sweatshops and if you try to look into this corporation they don’t disclose anything. They don’t even say where the items are made on the website. If you care about other humans and the planet boycott them.
Such beautiful clothes, they do have a little rack at the back, very cute things, sizes diversity, I love the flare pants and the romantic blouses with square neck. Monday afternoon staff is respectful and attentive.
