Good quality work, tasks completed quickly. Not cheap but where quality versus cost is considered you get what you pay for. Saad’s repairs on my winter boots will make them last a long time.
I brought in a pair of tall Sorrel riding boots, and asked for the heel to be replaced. Steven was working behind the counter and was extremely rude. It was obvious that he didn’t care if he had my business or not. I thought we had an understanding about what he was going to do and when I came back all he had done was put new rubber on the bottom of the heel. There is leather scraps and pieces from the inside of the heel showing. When I asked him if he was able to fix that he basically said no you should’ve told me that the first time. His attitude just never makes me want to give my money to him again.
My teenage daughter was devastated when the soles of her beloved boots came detached. I told her that because they were made of synthetic material, they were most likely a lost cause. She brought them to you anyway, and though you made no promises, agreed to try and fix them for a small fee. You did so with kindness and respect. She picked them up today and is over the moon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Had 1" lift added to left shoe. Swift service and good workmanship. Not cheap.
Took a brand new pair of boots in to get polished. Guy told me they were new and didn't need polished?? I asked again and he said leave them. I told him by polishing the boots it would protect the leather. Prior to taking the boots in I marked the back with a white strip. Boots are black. When I picked boots up and paid, they were NOT POLISHED!!
Great work! My favorite backpack that Noone could fix and Saad's did! Yay!!
I went to Wayne's shoe repair for years on Sprague and it shut down because they sold the building people told me about saads shoe repair so I took both pairs of my cowboy boots to him. I got them about a week later and the charged me $130.00 for both boots which means $60.00 for a new rubber soles and heels for both boots. I think personality wise he's not as friendly as Wayne but he does a good job. I would definitely recommend him.
When I was a Kid my Grandfather took his Foot Wear in for many years when they were in U-City in the Mall in the Valley many years ago.But took one of my Shoes to replace few eyelets.I paid $32 for 5 eyelets and broke the next day!!The day took my shoe in and pick it up Steav was totally rude and very Unprofessional and I will never go back to that place ever again!!Very sad A local company is going down the Toilet
The gentleman here did a fantastic job on repairing my Jessica Simpson boots. Stitching was perfect. Price was very fair. I would definitely recommend him!
I dropped off a pair of beat up leather boots with no tread left on the soles and the next week I had new soles with real tread again. It'll double the life of my boots. Absolutely worth the cost for the quality of the work. I'll definitely be back.
