We had Shannon as our waitress. She was very nice and welcoming and always had a smile on her face when she came to the table. When she wasn’t serving us she was working around the place, wonderful service, highly recommend coming here everyone is so sweet!! Hope you go, Bernice

Kate was our waitress. She was very friendly and helpful. As I was eating she was working so hard. Always so busy but had a beautiful smile on her face. I love this restaurant! We go there often! Food is great at very reasonable prices. We usually get sushi and a bunch of appetizers. I just love it!!Food: 5/5

Soup was just barely warm. Waitress did not have answers to questions. Server forgot to bring leftover box for 10 minutes. Did not have dessert. But I am sure ice cream was yummy.Food: 3/5

Was seated by the manager. Sat there for 25minutes no one came to our table meanwhile the table next to us that was seated after us was offered water. Had the waitress come back to their table twice. Totally ignoring us until another customer pointed us out to the waitress. They just stared at us. Nobody still came over. I got up with my grandchildren and told the waitress that we sat there 25 minutes and nobody came to our table. and we are leaving . All she said was ....Ok. I called to speak with the manager and I heard the waitress laughing saying is that the lady that just left? The manager asked which waitress and said he'd handle . No apology... Truthfully glad we didn't get icecream there the tables and floor were filthy. Friendly's standards have really gone down the toilet.

Great first experience here. As soon as you walk in make sure you have room for ice cream! Cute tables, and environment. Food selection from burgers, to fork food. Ice cream selection is nice with customization.

We went to the Utica Zoo and stopped at Friendly's for lunch afterwards, we had great service, good food but awesome deserts to top it off, it was the perfect ending to a fun filled family event!!Food: 4/5

First off, they waited to serve us after 30 minutes and the ice cream doesn't look like the pictures, it comes melted, like the picture shows below.Food: 1/5

My wife and myself have gone there 3 or 4 times in the past month and it's gone from bad to worse. First off twice now they spray the seats with disinfectant and don't wipe it dry and unaware I sat in it and it went through my pants and was uncomfortable. We were just there a couple of days ago and I ordered a pastrami sandwich which looked great on the menu, the picture showed it to be stuffed with pastrami, but when I got it I was surprised, it was a pile of wet dripping soggy cole slaw between 2 slices of rye bread with a paper thin slice of pastrami. My wife had bacon and ranch quesadillas, same thing very little bacon and brown lettuce on the plate! $39.00 plus $10 00 tip! $49.00 for this garbage and wet pants! I don't plan on going there again. You're better off with Burger King!

Spent $36 on 3 sundays. Two of the sundays had one scoop of ice cream and all 3 were melted. It took 55 minutes from the time we ordered to receive the sundays exactly how we didn't order them! NOT RECOMMENDED.Food: 1/5
