Hazelwood Library Branch & Friends Group
Relocated to its convenient location on community’s main street in 2004, the Hazelwood Branch is host to thousands of books, CDs, movies and other collections as well as computers, programs and classes for community members. The Hazelwood Library serves not only Hazelwood along the Monongahela River, but also the surrounding communities including Glen Hazel, Greenfield, Hays, New Homestead, Lincoln Place, and beyond.
Friends of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh - Hazelwood seeks to promote, fundraise and advocate for the Hazelwood Library Branch and Carnegie Library system through outreach and support of the local community. We would like to gain representation from those who frequent our library and appoint member(s) to serve on the system-wide Friends Council. All are welcome to join our Friends Group in Hazelwood.
