The Funhouse closed in Sep 13 after 2.5 years in business. It lives on in the form of funhouseproductions whereby curator Mike Kelly continues to curate shows about town.

Fun House Factory is our go-to for a fun day with the kiddos. Despite its unassuming exterior, this indoor playground is seriously spacious and spotless. We got their when it opened on Sunday and had an hour just us! So much parking, excellent murals, amazing structures, colorful. Not sure who loved it more, me or the kids.
This indoor playground is by far my favorite I have visited with my daughter. The location is very clean inside. We visited on a Thursday, so there was not many people and almost felt like we were there by ourselves. Honestly, if you look at it from the outside it looks like it may be small but once you are inside, there is a lot of space. The people that work there I believe may be the owners try their best to keep it very clean and they are doing a great job at it. Even the restrooms are nice and clean, which is rare to see when it has to do with a children’s place, or anywhere public in general. Another plus is that the parking is huge. If you see it from the outside, you might have second thoughts, but once you are inside it doesn’t even feel like you are in Van Nuys. Definitely plan to take my daughter here again. I also noticed they have a food menu, but we were not hungry, so we did not eat. Next time we visit I definitely want to try out the pizza, my daughter’s favorite meal.
As a father of 2 and someone that’s pretty much visited almost all the indoor playgrounds in the valley and some, this spots pretty nice. Hands down they got the best wall art, took me down memory lane haha. Now all my kids talk about is when we’re going back to this place. The slid with the tire balloon was a first for me, my son was obsessed with sliding down on it. They got something for all ages and really nicely put together. Definitely recommend it for parents and their kids.
Wow this place was a lot of fun for my little one. She enjoyed all the little play shops like doctors, Cafe, grocery, and more. The tube slide looked really fun for slightly older kids, there was a couple arcade games, and some good snacks for purchase. Customer service was good as well. Wall art was really well done and the decorations and art covered every square inch of wall and ceiling! Very cool!
The neighborhood is the worst I've seen in my entire life. The Saw movie can easily be filmed in this location BUT the indoor playground at the same time is the best we have been too! We spent 4 hours in there, so many things to do! The graffiti deserves a praise! I wish they mentioned artists who painted the walls inside!
hidden gem! this place looks small from the outside but the inside is huge and clean! A great, affordable ! place to take your kids. I took my 2yr olds and 5mo old and we all had a blast! So much to do and see. Great indoor spot to burn off toddler eagerly.
My baby loved it and so did I. It was super fun and it’s clean The owners are really nice Definitely recommend this place It is $15 for 1 hour and $25 for 2 hours so worth it
Great place with these little rooms for roles playing and we love that their slides are safe . Will come back
Great place, fair pricing, lots to do for the kids, has food, lots of free parking and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back.
Hole in the wall gem, small from the outside, surprisingly big on the inside, the wall art is amazing. All space has been utilized grandson having a blast.
