We provide wellness programs and incentives that actively engage our academic community and foster health and wellbeing.
What does the Wellness Center offer?
1. FREE 1-on-1 consultations for FVTC Students in a variety of areas including Nutrition & Fitness Assessments, Body Composition Check ups, Wellness Coaching and Exercise Equipment Orientation.
2. Wellness Programs including:

-12 Days of Wellness
-On Your Way 5k Training Program
-Spring Into Motion
*All the Wellness Programs are between 3-7 weeks long and allow participants to work towards improving their wellness at any level. Drawings are held at the end of each program and lucky participants will win GRAND PRIZES.
3. Activity Days including:
-Wellness Checks-blood pressure/body fat readings-monthly in the commons
-Stress Relief/ Awareness Days-chair massages and blood pressure checks- once per semester in the commons
