I took my daughter for her first salon haircut. She had long hair just above her waist line. She is 9 years old and while booking an appointment I selected minor under10 option.  As we entered the salon we were not greeted and I had to ask twice for check in.  Now, apparently, hairstylist in this salon sets 30 minutes only for kids. Is what I heard. My daughter asked 6 inches off from her long strands and still its pretty long even after 6 inches are off. But since stylist set aside only 30 minutes for kids, she did not style my daughter’s hair after haircut , nor she dried them. I had to ask her to at least get them dry with hair dryer so that we can go home without her t shirt getting soaked from back side along neckline because of wet hair. I was charged 30$ but was it worth it? No, did I or my daughter had a nice experience? No.  Stylist kept on looking at other customers while drying my kid’s hair. And she was even distracted while cutting them.  All in all it was a disappointment. I wanted to schedule a consultation for my hair but of course I won’t after this bad experience.

Halle at the Antioch location has been a godsend to me & I am so happy I found her! The salon is extremely clean, staff is friendly & I never feel rushed or leave disappointed. I cant recommend Halle enough-she has helped my blonding dreams come true and always takes the time to make sure I am happy with the result. 10/10Services:&nbsp;Shampoo &amp; conditioning

Paige was amazing and my hair turned out exactly like I expected.  This is my first time here.  Will definitely be a regular, the salon is great, clean, and good vibes!Services:&nbsp;Haircut

My hair looked fine when I left the salon it was styled with mousse. After I washed my hair at home, I noticed my ends are uneven all around and I have a small chunk of hair that is about an inch longer than the rest of my hair. The receptionist was friendly, and the front area was nicely organized and clean.Services:&nbsp;Shampoo &amp; conditioning

Saw Kennedy for the first time since moving to town. I can be pretty picky about my blonde. She did so great with my foils and cut! To top it off, the scalp massage was top notch! Will definitely be back!

It’s always a pleasure getting my hair cut at Bambou Salon. Rose is so kind and always does a great job. I have very thick, coarse hair. Instead of making negative comments on it, she makes me feel comfortable and knows just how to cut it.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Aimee did an outstanding job blending new color highlights with my tired dull locks.  Also, she found a solution to the heavy look to my thick hair without having to resort to layers.  I have already booked my next '2' appointments!

I got my hair done by Gretchyn and she did an amazing job. She does exactly what you ask her, I’m always happy with the work she does. She did my prom hair and it looks absolutely perfect I love it so much.Services:&nbsp;Shampoo &amp; conditioning
