Dr Gandy graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas in December, 2004 and practiced in Texas until moving to join her mentor's practice in Wisconsin in 2007. While there, she became one of the top leaders in integrative medicine and holistic chiropractic care in the Milwaukee area. She has been voted as a top professional by Milwaukee Magazine for the past 5 years, contributed articles for various publications throughout Wisconsin, lectured for Alverno College, and provided public lectures for businesses and organizations. Her focus and joy has been in serving her patients with individualized, compassionate care for everything from preventative, maintenance needs to the most complex, unusual, or chronic imbalances and immune dysfunction.
While in school, she was very active in the areas of nutrition, immunology and pediatrics. She was a class representative and on many planning committees. Prior to chiropractic training, she received her B.S. from Texas A&M University where she was involved with Delta Zeta sorority and on the Texas A&M club volleyball team. She also chaired the “Aggie orientation leaders” organization. In her first years of college, she attended Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado on a volleyball scholarship.
She holds chiropractic licenses in Colorado, Texas and in Wisconsin as well as certifications in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Her focus in continuing education has been in Neuro-Emotional Technique, , Pediatrics, Functional Medicine, acupuncture, neurology, NAET allergy elimination and nutrition. Chiropractic protocols that she uses often include Applied Kinesiology, Diversified, Thompson, Flexion/Distraction, SOT, and Activator.
Dr Gandy has been very active in coaching girl’s volleyball teams, professional development organizations and promoting the arts and music. In her private life, Dr Gandy likes to explore new areas and ideas with her husband, son and three daughters.
