It's kind of a bummer to come to a store with my four kids and want to go shopping, and not have a working toilet. So I'm sorry Gap but you are losing a star from me because your toilet was not in order. I love gap clothes, they are a little overpriced. But the quality is better than most places. Hopefully next time I am in, the bathrooms are up and running!
Nice service. Gap doesn't sell my size in anything
I wasn't greeted at this store. The fall selection was just okay. I'm a bigger fan of the NE mall Gap, they have a bigger selection. But I've been to this Southlake location a million times, so they deserve a 4 star!
Love this Gap location! The staff is friendly and there is always a large selection of sale items. They also carry a lot of Gap Fit clothes so it's more than just the regular clothing items.
Store is clean, organized, and is cool in the summer months! The quality of the clothes is always superb and there is constantly a sale that has me coming back! The employees were super friendly and helpful! It is my go-to-store for new clothes!
Absolute 12/10 service, manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Didn’t even have to pull a knife on him to get a discount. Would definitely recommend.
It's a very friendly store with a lot of specialty items- Like culinary items you might not find at big stores. There's some things I only get at Trader Joe's.
Clearance was an additional 60 percent off and they still had some great stuff. Great signature GAP pieces.
Great staff unfortunately store is closing soon.
