I have given this place many chances. But at this point I think they should go out of business how are you apart of a neighborhood and you’re rude. I don’t have to give you money and pay for your products here that are most of the time expired. Poor customer service experience, expired product, not children friendly. I like to support small business but when she acts like this give me no choice but to spend my money else where!

Love supporting small businesses but the store owner was so unbelievably rude and discriminatory against a mother and baby. She informed me that I could not bring my stroller and sleeping infant inside her store because she just had the carpets shampooed. Mind you it was a dry day and my stroller wasn’t muddy or anything.

This place is SO AFFORDABLE! I always come out with samples and getting things that are so good for my body Sally has changed my life I love this place. They literally make you feel at home and will help you with whatever your budget is to get fit and healthy!

I went to this store with my husband and I thought the service was wonderful! As soon as we walked in there Ann or Anne was so polite and well informed of all their products. She gave us a little tour of the store and explained the types of products that they carry. I had a lot of questions, and she was able to answer them for us. I had bought some shampoo from there from garden gate, and I love it! I highly recommended this store. I was really surprised how much they carry. Food wide selection, juices, teas, laundry soap, hair care, fluoride-free tooth paste, henna hair color, cleaning supplies, you name it they have it! I did not see any raw organic milk there but I was told that they can order it. Friendly people, wide selection, well informed employees.

Although I would have given this store a five star rating because I like what she sells. I can't because of my first impression of the level of dishonesty I was met with by one of the clerks. When I first started coming to this store I asked about a specific product the store would likely have. The clerk said "We don't have it in stock but you can order it and we'll have it shipped to us within 3-5 days." I decided not to order that day but attempted another. I then was told "No, sorry, we do not ship for that product. I didn't show any signs knowing of her bold face lying. But I just have to express how mistreated I felt when this happened. I hope this behavior of theirs is corrected at some point. By now they should know that their customers are paying attention.

My husband and I have always been met by friendly folk. Always engage in interesting conversation, especially the gentleman who works there. I'm not sure if he's the owner but both he and the lady that are usually there one or the other have always been helpful and very informative. I don't go anywhere else for my needs. It's a quaint little shop and they always have what I need.

I've been shopping at Garden Gate for more than 10 years now, and have always had a great experience. Whenever I have questions, I get thoughtful responses from the knowledgeable owners. Thanks for keeping such a great store open for so long. I'm glad to be able to support a local business!

Amazing customer service and a wealth of product and information packed into what appears to be a small store. They handle a very diverse population of customers with ease and charm. Rich and Sally have become great friends.

I went in to the store with a friend and all intentions of shopping. When I asked the person behind the counter if they had a bathroom she responded no, to which I responded thank you. Once I walked away she rudely told another customer “there’s a sign on the door”. I peeked my head out from the aisle we were in and said that I was sorry I did not see the sign. She continued to speak rudely about it even after I apologized. It’s a shame that we went in intending to support a local business and left instead.
