We recently purchased the PWR RECL SOFA VIRGO SAND electric recliner sofa, but upon delivery, we noticed wrinkles all over it. We were We recently purchased the PWR RECL SOFA VIRGO SAND electric recliner sofa, but upon delivery, we noticed wrinkles all over it. We were told by the delivery person that it would adjust in a few hours or rub it away after getting up every time which is very senseless to do every time after getting up from the sofa but it still hadn't after a day, so we contacted customer service. A representative came to inspect the sofa After a week which was the time period for returning and informed us that it was not a defect, but rather how it was made. However, we expressed our concern that the wrinkles would worsen over time. We attempted to return the sofa but were informed that returns are only allowed within a week, and we had already had it for 9 days. Prior to purchasing, we were told by the sales representative that we could return it within 30 days so we felt misled by Gardner White. We also went to Gardner White, to solve the problem there but when we talked 2 salespersons they said with rude attitude that we couldn’t do anything talk to customer care. Additionally, we were not aware of the 25% restocking fee, which we find to be unfair. We believe we have been cheated and hope that Gardner White will reconsider their policies in this matter. It is HUGE STRESS FOR US.
Erica was fantastic as our sales person. She was very informative and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of our purchase. Both of these chairs fit perfect in our space and will look fantastic with our new floors coming soon! Thank you, Erica!
We walked in and we were greeted by Sarah. She was phenomenal! I knew what I was looking for and she took us over to exactly what I wanted. She wasn't pushy, she didnt try to sell me anything I didn't want, and she was very personable. I am very happy with my experience. Thank you Sarah!
Purchased a mattress set for my son and the slats on the bottom of the box spring broke less than a month after it being delivered. Called to advice Gardner White of the Box spring failure. They scheduled an appointment to inspect the box spring and they came out a few days later to inspect. The person that inspected the box spring notes the poor quality of the wood in the box spring. Thus far that is as far as have made it.
My purchasing process was seamless. From getting financing from Synchrony to be eligible for zero percent interest for over 12 months! Sama was my sales representative. I actually called prior to ensure the item was in stock. She went over and beyond to make sure my purchase was satisfactory. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I ended up adding additional items I hadn’t even intended on purchasing because of the quality of the customer service I received. Would highly recommend this store for purchases and will do business in the future.
I needed to upgrade my bed to a King size so I took my sister along with me to shop some new mattresses. I was a little hesitant at first when entering and being greeted as usually at these stores you get hounded by salespeople right away. Mo greeted us and showed us to mattresses. It was a pleasant experience as he asked a few questions that weren’t too pushy and listened to my needs of mattress type and my budget. He had a lot of knowledge and showed me a few different mattresses within and around my budget. I was able to pick a mattress pretty easily. He was able to get us a coupon for a free fancy pillow too! Overall positive experience and would recommend Gardner White on 14 mile for mattress shopping! Also mattress was delivered within a couple days on the day I needed and delivery was easy and professional.
I entered the store, walked through the whole store, No sales associate stopped or asked if I needed assistance. When I got to the back of the store, I looked for help, when I saw a salesman I requested assistance with a purchase, the salesperson was very helpful and glad to help. My questions were answered He was pleasant and even offered suggestions.
Sales person Moe's was amazing and super helpful but unfortunately gave some misinformation pertaining to layway. I gave it a 2 star due to the terrible attitude of the customer service representative upfront who claimed to be a manager she was extremely rude about fixing my concern this women should not be in customers let alone a manager of customer service, thankfully Moe was able to speak to a higher manager and issue a refund. Good customer service is ultimately what makes the sale and keeps the business going. I had the chance to speak with a different manager about the way this women conducts her self and he empathized that "shes just doing her job" which is true but her "doing her job" wasn't my issue, my issue was THE WAY she did her job he could have simply given an apology and sent me on my way. No, the customer is not always right but if you're going to work in the feild of customer service then you should know or be trained on how to conduct yourself.
Great sales people, Let us take our time checking out the merchandise without pressure. Kept checking in with us for questions. The store manager was Great and gave us a super deal in which we closed the sale. Do not have any experience in pick up yet, we go get the couch today. Also no experience with how the product will hold up! We purchased it out of clearance center, but we hope all will be fine. It's a higher end couch!!
First of all, I wanted to thank Sacir Riza for his great service! He helped me to find items that I need like King bed set and mattress with control. It didn't take long for him to finish and explained to me everything. Like the warranty and product protection. So, it was just make my shopping easier. I recommend Garner-White for furniture needs.
