Decent park with dog park, kids park, 2 baseball fields and shelter. Tennis courts were a little other side. Went in the evening and it was so nice out here. Fields were full with kids baseball training going on and we just sat and enjoyed viewing it. Concessions were closed when we went but not sure when they will be opened. Trail was little maintained so we didn’t want to try it. Overall a decent place to visit when something is going on in fields.
We visited this park to walk the nature trails. The trails are called Hillard Creek Trails. If you want to walk in the middle of the woods this is a good trail. The downside is that trail blazes are missing so you can easily get lost. The trail is pretty much single file. Based on appearance I would guess that once the leaves really start to fall the trails would not be distinguishable.
Clean bathrooms, decent concessions and well-maintained fields. No grass on the infield and the clay surface is a bit gravelly and loose. They have a really great trail that takes about 20 to 25 minutes to walk.
Wonderful time at park. Party for my son and grandson.Great sheltered area, playground and grill. Enjoyed by all.
Great park. Very well-maintained, there are some trails to walk along in the woods that are completely secluded. If you’re in the Pokémon, they’re a bunch of poke stops along the way, they have a dog park a playground some ball fields and it’s just an overall nice place to be.
Beautiful and well maintained park. Playgrounds and clean restrooms. Dog park. Walk with dogs on lease.
Hiked the Hilliard Creek Trail. Not the biggest in the Raleigh area but certainly the most natural. Fun walk, just not very well marked.
Very quiet, I wish it was a little bigger, but what they have is good quality. I'm impressed by 3 different kinds of swings with coated chains and pads underneath. I loved the motorcycle with side car, the horns, and the long tunnel. My son could've played drive thru all day. It will probably be too sunny for me once the summer hits, but it's great now.
One of the nicest places I've ever been highly recommended and I hope to be going back soon
Cool little park with a nice playground inside a fenced in mulched area.
