The office staff is lazy and lacks enthusiasm. They had been giving residents an unwelcoming vibe. Don’t get me wrong, the place is pretty decent to live but the office management sucks. They need to hire somebody else who are willing to help and care for their customers. At least showing some respect and being passionate for their job.
Staff never answers the phone, SPIDERS everywhere daily, constantly adding unnecessary charges. No damage to the property but charged over $200. Never received a closet door for the second bedroom the entire stay & still got charged for it. Only thing nice about it is the actual apartment , it’s not even worth it.
David and his team are efficient, friendly, and kind. He spares no effort and effectively executes all maintenance requests. Thank you for helping us out! We appreciate you!
Decent parking, Nice facilities, Great neighborhood, convenient location. By far one of the best communities I've ever lived in. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to the Raleigh area.
Do not move into these apartments unless you want to live in trash. The grounds are not kept up. They do not care about the property. There are cigarette buttons everywhere.
David came into my home identified himself as a new employee and had come to complete the work order. He was very polite friendly and professional. I must say he was detailed he didn't stop until he knew all areas of my kitchen sink had any issues. He even identified another issue and corrected it. I was very please with his service and sure he will be an access to the Heather Park Staff.
My sink and bathtub was leaking and the head maintenance lead by the name of D came to repair them both in such timely manner, thanks so much for your help D, I will definitely request you for any future repairs. We greatly appreciate your help today.
Heather Parks have great response to have anything looked at or repaired, your notified of progress and if repairs are not possible things are quickly replaces to ensure safety.
I have lived here for almost 4 years and as far as I'm concerned it's a great place to live and I don't understand why it is rated with a 3.2. The apartment manager and maintenance staff are excellent In that they take care of everything in a proper time frame. The only compliant I would have is that you cannot pick your neighbors because sometimes they are a little noisier than you would like them to be. Over all this is a very quiet and clean place to live. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Just recently 8.3.2021 the managers decided to cut down 50+ trees in the complex. I'm sure it was for property building integrity. But the charm of these apartments has been lost forever not to mention the great shade the tree's provided. Because of this recent move I might not renew my lease next year. I will really miss the trees. Recent events have confirmed my decision not to renew my lease. The office personnel have not resolved issues and attention to maintenance problems have been very slow.
Great complex, but you can't choose your neighbors. Services are good when they are regular. Pool, grills, mini-gym, playground for the kiddos, "putting green," dog park, car wash area, and more. Walkable neighborhood, close to shops, relatively quiet surroundings.
