Dr. Cassone and staff are incredibly receptive and provide info quickly. They actually answer the phone when I call unlike other offices. I can't recommend them highly enough. Would need 6 stars.
Receptionist told me I would be charged $100 for a no show. Then I got a letter saying I needed to pay $200. I will not be paying them now since they doubled the fee. I will have to find a new doctor.
Amazing process from beginning to end pun intended very pleasant staff, cleanse wasn’t horrible, NONE of the nightmare stories folks had spoken of! I’ll be back in 5years!
Poor service. The office makes arbitrary changes to appointments and blames the customer. If you got an appointment make sure that you call them on a weekly basis to make sure they didn’t change anything.
They were able to figure out my issues when others couldn’t! Andrea and Dr.Homer are fantastic!
