Do not know how to run a facility. First made an appointment and then the day of the appointment showed up and then told us they moved the appointment a month ahead. Ended up getting a sooner appointment and we get there and they overbooked and had to push our time AGAIN. Seems like the front desk associates don't know a lot of what they're doing.
Worst place to go!!! Go more south you get better evaluation and follow up. My husband was suffering for a while before he decided to go see a real and competent urologist to Saratoga springs!!!!
