Welcome to the Gentner Insurance Agency! Charlie Gentner started Gentner Insurance in 1980 in the basement of his home. In 2002, the agency expanded and built a new office which we currently occupy on M-24 about three miles north of Mayville. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree from Ferris State University and a Master of Arts Degree from Central Michigan University, Charlie began his career in the educational community as a teacher and coach at Bad Axe schools. He would later go on to teach at Caro schools before finally finding his home at the Tuscola Technology Center as an administrator, computerized accounting teacher and placement coordinator.
