Again and again Kaylene Carson and Lisa Wright have come trough for me on both my commercial and personal insurance needs with 0 hassle!

I received an annual invoice and EFT notice from the Fremont Insurance Company on 12/8/22 for one of our rental homes. I scoured the notice to find out which rental unit this was in regard to, and as per usual, there was no address listed. Since the insurer was Fremont Insurance Co, I called their office for clarification. Ultimately I called White & Associates, and was connected with “Carly from Rockford.” I expressed my mild frustration with these invoices that don’t specify an address, just a policy number. I asked Carly to check with Fremont Insurance to see if they could simply assign the street address with the particular policy. She called back later to advise that was something they couldn’t/wouldn’t do, but what she DID do shocked me. She sent me a complete list of our rental dwellings with associated policy numbers, both Fremont Insurance and Auto-Owners, along with effective dates. She went way beyond the normal company/customer service, and I truly feel her effort deserves recognition.

Very honest and personable. Rates are great. It's nice to be able to talk to a person and they actually put a face out there and meet you unlike the big corporate companies.

Cancelled my policies with them after repeated failures in service.
