Great cuts 1st of all, very accommodating and communicative barbers. Skin fade is on point always. I am mixed and have a somewhat uncommon hair texture. They keep the curls intact beautifully every time, which a lot of places struggle with. Just make sure you've got an hour, because they are going to take their time to make sure they take care of you. Good peeps to chop it up with though, so the time flies. A true barber shop experience!
I'm going to have to give a big thumbs up to Heather for her excellent customer service and barber skills, she saved the day. I received a haircut that didn't meet what anyone would consider a good one, but Heather was able to salvage an otherwise bad cut. Its much shorter than I wanted, but at least everything is even, and looks like a professional haircut. I also appreciate her professionalism, she made me feel whole when all was said and done. I'd recommend Heather for sure.
I went to ECBC to get my head shaved after having long hair for 30 years. Sebastian did an amazing job, carefully cut the hair so the maximum could be donated, and showed incredible attention to detail and customer care. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and will be back!Services: Head shave
I love this shop so much. They are easy to book with, and I love that I can pre-pay online. I especially appreciate the kind and gentle way Allyx has helped me navigate my late-blooming masc-leaning style. I've been a little hesitant to cut my hair how I actually want it, and she has really boosted my confidence. My latest cut has me looking in the mirror and thinking "oh...there you are!". It's a little more than I'm used to paying because I tend to be cheap, but I will pay with a smile and no regrets. She's absolutely worth it!

I almost didn’t rate ECB just so other people don’t find this hidden gem and it gets overrun with bookings! I’ve been working with Sebastian on beard trims here and he’s been nothing short of fantastic. Craft, skills, and service. He’s got it all. Every time I walk in the door, the entire staff is welcoming and chatting me up, too. Hands down—-this is now my barber for life. Exceptionally rude. I had an appointment scheduled. I arrived early for my appointment and none of the 3 stylists present checked me in. I said "Hello" to my stylists, they said "Hi" back and then just went on cutting their current clients hair. I sat down and waited for for 45 minutes past my appointment time and during that period, no one acknowledged me, no one checked me in, no one told me how long it would be until my stylist would be able to see me. Eventually, after two other people were both properly checked in by their stylists and seen to while I was just ... waiting, I left. And I won't be back again
Got a haircut a while ago, and I find that it's grown out. I'm going back to get them to do it again, as the first time was quite good. I suspect that with time I'll have to go back again. Vexing
Best Haircut I've gotten in Seattle. Great parking, LGBTQ friendly.
