Beware - Questionably business practices andt errible customer service. Ordered items from a baby registry, they shipped quickly but have sat at the Fedex shipping facility for 15 days and counting. Although not their fault that the product was lost, they are unreachable and will not follow up with me to get corrected. Fedex continues to tell me that Gerber has to call them and manage the lost package at this point. I am very confident I will have to call the credit card company to dispute the transaction because I will never hear from Gerber.
order shipped and arrived quickly. however, all of the clothing had an awful chemical smell when i took it out of the packaging. the prints are adorable, i just don’t know if i want to put them on my baby with how awful they smelled.
I got my order so fast! Had some trouble with USPS but the Gerber customer service was amazing and helped me super quick!! Very pleased with my overall experience! The outfit is adorable and super good quality! Highly recommend.
Absolutely love this company! I received my items fast and they fit my kids perfectly. The customer service is outstanding and very helpful! I had a concern with my order and they answered my questions promptly via email. Definitely ordering with them again! I seen someone mention a competitor company… Just want to say … Gerber has better deals and the quality is better as well doesn’t shrink after wash
I purchase Gerber Childrenswear clothing all the time and love everything! You can't beat the price or the quality. Customer Service was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions about an item I wanted to purchase too. Great overall experience! Will keep shopping here. Especially the great sales
Absolutely do not utilize this company for any clothing or online purchases! Order never received and customer service is nearly impossible to reach and when response is received they do nothing to help the situation. Had to file dispute with my bank and report missing package with FedEx after 9 days from supposed delivery date. I highly recommend just using Carter’s for ordering things, I received everything within 4 days!!!
Very pleased with customer service I made an order but made a mistake in the shipping address so I contacted customer support. They emailed me back within a matter of time I didn't have to wait hours or days to hear from them they took and care of the issue right away. I haven't had had many pleasant experiences when ordering online and having to contact customer support but I was very happy to have my issue resolved before my items shipped.
Excellent quality of products and outstanding customer service! I have ordered items, and delivery was quite fast. Plus, I have received a pack of extra item which I wanted to pay for. When I contacted Customer Care Department to ask how to proceed with payment for that extra item, they said that I can leave it with me as a courtesy gift for my baby. P/S: I am giving 5* out of 5 not because I melted by the gift, however, it was such a nice surprise, but I am rating it +5* because of the excellent customer service that I, unfortunately, see not so often these days. I love Gerbers clothes, very adorable and always good quality. My latest package got lost in transit and they offered to resend or refund. As it wouldn't have them reached me in time, I took the refund. Their customer service was wonderful and prompt at reaching back out to me quickly. It wasn't their fault my package was lost and the customer service was wonderful. So even though I never received the package, I couldn't be happier with my experience with the company.
When I didn’t receive my package they told me it was delivered and it’s my job to go around the neighborhood and look for it. They refuse to refund me money. So I’m left with no refund, and no package. I’m disgusted. Customer service doesn’t care. This company steals and steals, wish I would of read reviews before spending my hard earned money.
