Thank goodness there cleaning this place up. Drivers are extremely helpful.
Staff always knows how to plan my trip to connect at the correct times. Clean but there us alot of transits around .
It is always busy and it is a hangout spot for the homeless. Expect panhandling and keep an eye on your belongings. Most of the homeless there are considerate, however there are those who steal.

Seems like a pretty nice bus and worldwide company. Not perfectly on time. Sign that shows it picks up at L stop at the get bus station is kind of small a larger sign might be better.
Buses abound. Many homeless. Bathroom accessable. Both digital signage and maps at each route to show time arriving at each stop of each route. Seats uncomfortable in my opinion as they are small and seem to be designed to keep homeless from sleeping or hanging around on. One can by bus passes and such during transit business hours.
I always see so many different people here. The security is very nice and helpful. The bus drivers always help me since I'm new here, I ask lots of questions. They don't get irritated with me asking which I love. Thank you GET Drivers!!
The app said earliest bus was at 6:45 am had to be at work at 7. 7:08 still waiting for bus. I'm late thanks bus for not up dating time departures
Too many mean crazy people running around
The downtown get bus station is a very decent place that has fairly helpful employees !! Clean public bathrooms that even though covid 19 shut down almost any and every public bathroom in town which if you have ever been home impaired is a really hard situation to work with due to the fact that they say we are supposed to be hand washing more yet they took all our places to do so away!! Hmm thanks everyone for the smack in the face to all the homeless!!
