Greyhound Bus

These bathrooms are absolutely disgusting ,for awhile there were no available dispensers to wash our hands Bathroom reeks of BO and feces, the floor looks as if someone is peeling the floor off in one of the stalls

It sucked!! I was riding the bus and it was cold and raining had to wait forever for The city bus and it didn't stop on the way back cause the driver was not paying attention so I had to wait for the next one.

Bathrooms ARE NOT BEING CLEANED . One week I was riding bus frequently and always need to use restroom wherever I goI do however like the part of the transpo that had antiques and there was a travel place that has the prettiest brochures and sold California Apparel.I went a couple of times

Clean, but it had this awful smell. Also very scary as a Merced student, a lot of homeless. It did not feel safe at all.

Came here for a brief layover. It's not the best Greyhound station I've ever been to but it's not the worst either! This place could gain from some cleaning!

Merced isn't the nicest place but this station has security gaurd..no bathrooms if the building is closed..it's ok but I suggest the amtrack yarts stop if your taking yarts..

Phew! I was waiting to reschedule my ticket. The lady was at her break and she was supposed to return at 2.10. But she came only after 2.30. Also this place closes at 5. So the passengers having departures after 5 are forced to wait outside the building. I think I they are having buses 24 hrs, they should be open 24 hrs. That would be ideally a good customer service.

I would never have high expectations for a bus station, so things like cleanliness and safety for this location are low on my list of demands. However, as far as customer service is concerned, I feel that employees should always be at their possible best, despite the conditions or clientele they may regularly deal with. The ticketing agents are rude and not at all accommodating, the security guards are rude and condescending, and the luggage handlers and bus operators are rude and unfriendly. Time for some front-facing professional development for your customer service team, Greyhound.

It's a shared building with the California Tourism/Yosemite Tourism people, Mexico Transportation/Shipping Company, and the local bus system so it opens whenever. I like it because unlike one of the Greyhound bus stations that don't have doors on their bathroom stalls FYI: they remodeled it that way and it's better then the Greyhound Bus station in Los Angeles.

The Lady at the front counter is very nice. No wall outlets on the premises but she plugged my phone in behind the counter. The mens room is atrocious... Other than that...Better than roaming the streets.
