I am a graduate of National Personal Training Institute with 5 plus years experience in personal training. I have trained stay at home parents, to business executives, to collegiate & professional athletes. I have vast knowledge of various exercises, tools and techniques that can make your workouts both fun and effective.
I am looking to take on new clients. However slots are filling up fast. I am available to train your own home. No gym memberships required for training sessions with me. I can provide you the guidance & motivation you might be lacking that will enable you to reach what you once believed as unattainable.
Why train with me? No cookie cutting here. I will create a customized exercise program through initial movement screens & postural assessments. I will also take into account special considerations (e.g. existing medical condition, pregnancy, post-rehabilitation, medications taken, etc.) when creating a program exclusively for you.
Your safety is the number one priority. I will teach you the proper mechanics of each exercise and will ensure that you are performing those with correct form, thus maximizing the efficiency of your workouts. In addition I can provide nutritional guidance, which works hand in hand with a customized workout.
