I love that orange theory has locations all over the country and that I can show up at anyone of them at a scheduled time and all I have to do is follow the instructions of the instructor and try my hardest and the results will come.
I joined Orange Theory at the beginning of September after years of poor motivation to go the gym. I had always hated group fitness because I felt like I didn't know what to do. Here, I've never felt that way. I got an intro to Base, Push, All Out and the equipment they use ans every step of the way, I feel guided. I never know what my workout will be and love that the coaches walk you through each step. I also love the different class availabilities so that I can come in during my lunch hour or in the evening and still get in around my work schedule. The coaches and staff are very friendly and within a few visits remember your name and give encouragement throughout each block. Bonus: I've hit most of my fitness goals in just two short months and see a visible difference in my muscles.
Orange Theory Fitness is a great workout that really does work. The coaches and staff are professional but also playful and encouraging which makes the workouts actually fun to do. There are theme days and specialty workouts which keep you motivated. Tonight Coach Ang asked if everything is okay with me because she said she's never seen me come into class without a smile. I was just tired but it shows they really care too. The members are great and you feel like you are part of a team. I love my OTF crew!
I love OTF so much. So much so that I’ve met lifelong friends at this gym while also working towards lifelong fitness goals. Coaches are enthusiastic and encouraging. Workouts are challenging, music is great and theme days are fun!
I love this location. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful when you need something. The coaches always have amazing energy, and are quick to correct your form if you need it, to keep you safe. The studio is always super clean and tidy, and the equipment is always in tip top shape! I’ve loved every workout…even the ones I hated! Lol
Coach Lo is the best!!! Orangetheory is what got me into fitness—I don’t dread going to the gym, I LOOK FORWARD to my next burn!!
Love the workouts. The Coaches and staff are great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And the place is kept very clean.
This experienced and caring staff is what the world needs more of. The programs and processes used by Orangetheroy is what I need more of. I am a fan of both the people and the process! If you not exercising - may you should consider it for the reasons I have - 1. I need to be better for my family 2. I can't be better for my family if I'm not at my best. Therefore, I have two BIG reasons to stay in good physical shape. The money and time commitment are secondary. If you need a place to get the right plan for you and where the people an truly interested in you. I strongly suggest to you, as a friend did to me, go experience Orangetheory - today!
I had a horrendous experience trying to join the studio as a new member. I was told I would have to reschedule as soon as I arrived for my first appointment and was not shown any time of day. The male staff member refused to look me in the eyes when speaking and was more focused on his phone than speaking to me and seemed to not care whether I join or not. On top of this, when I voiced my concern to another male staff member over the phone about this incident and why I would not attend the facility they subsequently hung up on me. Terrible customer service with no regard for their clients.
