Honestly, this place is complete joke. I purchased a stretch session when this establishment when it first opened and was never told of the session expiring. I called to see if I could use it and they told me it was expired and that I would not be able to redeem my purchased stretch session, so, in other words, they pretty much stole from me. I spoke to the manager who contacted the owner, and they were still unwilling to help so if I were you, I would avoid this place being how they have horrible business practice. Response to your response, you never called me once after I purchased the stretch session. I also told you nobody ever notified me that there was an expiration date on my stretch session. You mention that I wanted 2 freebies, but that doesn't make sense at all, I paid for the stretch session and was told I could give it to a friend if I wanted to if that’s not the case I would’ve just used it instead of you stealing from me! Your response is enough to show your business practice is unprofessional. The mere fact that I paid for a stretch session, and you will not honor it is completely unprofessional, aka Theft!!!
Stretch Zone is a great combination of physical therapy, fitness, and flexibility. Their approach is structured with adaptability to my specific circumstances. My practitioner, Natalia, is exceptional at understanding my stretching goals and how I need to get there. Her knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and her fitness background have been invaluable.
BLUF: After 2 months, chronic knee pain gone. Had an overuse injury in both knees 5 years ago. Both the VA and my normal doc told me that’s just how it is now and it’ll likely still hurt, despite me being in my 30s. Huuuge shout out to Brandon Trapp for enabling me to get back to running, hiking, and biking like I did before. As a football player who trains hard himself, Brandon knows the importance of stretching to avoid injuries and improve mobility. I’m extremely grateful to be rid of the pain that’s slowed me down for years.
Much of my day consists of sitting behind a computer. Over time I've developed pain throughout my neck and lower back and general tightness almost everywhere else. I've tried massages and they feel great in the moment but do not produce long-term results. Similar things can be said for the chiropractor. As a former athlete I've struggled with the thought that my body is aging quicker than I want it to. That's where the Stretch Zone RPV comes in. Regular stretches with Eric have produced greater results than anything I've tried in the past. His expertise in targeting and stretching out precise areas has allowed me to regain flexibility and get deeper with in my daily stretches. Not only that, he and Andrea at the front desk are a pleasure to be around; their candor and kindness complete the experience.
Unprofessional and over priced for the services you get. Do yourselves a favor and enroll in a yoga class or take a stretching class at your local gym. Never received a refund for my cancelled account despite having texts and emails sent. Definitely a thumbs down for this place.
Update: I’ve been coming to Stretch Zone weekly for a good 6 months now so I thought I’d update my review. I’m so happy to say that the quality of this place has remained consistent all throughout. I can confidently say that the stretches and customer service are top notch. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and the place is always clean and well-maintained. The stretch practitioners are very knowledgeable, taking their time to listen to your areas of concern before they skillfully work their magic. The quality of my stretches has been consistent all throughout many thanks to my stretch practitioner Mariely. She truly has been amazing this whole time; thanks to her my lower back pain has been very minimal and my mobility has improved a whole lot. My hip flexors used to lock a lot causing me pain and difficulty walking, and Mariely focused on them until the problem was completely resolved. She worked miracles for me! Apart from Mariely, I have been stretched by Kat and she does such an amazing job as well. I feel like you can’t go wrong with any of the stretchers! My job is physically demanding and it is such a relief to know that I have a place like Stretch Zone that help me recuperate on my days off. I swear by them; I tell all my friends and family to try them out because they’re just that good. Thanks Stretch Zone! — I don’t know why this place doesn’t have enough reviews; these guys are amazing at what they do! They work with you to get to your goals and address your problems and that has made my mobility and pain 1000x better. A bit on the pricey side, yes, but for what I get? Definitely worth it! I always look forward to my sessions!
I signed up to increase my flexibility. The trainers here have been great, I have had sessions with different staff and they all bring their own skills but they have been really helpful. The owners are accommodating with my schedule and plan, and also and most importantly, I sleep a lot better now after Stretch Zone. I was introduced to this program from NFL Quarterback Drew Brees who is a partner of this company. I would definitely go try the first free session and see how you feel, see where you need the most stretching and where you feel the most tight. Thanks again everyone at Stretch zone RPV!
Went today for the first time and was very pleased. Victor was amazing! He was very patient and thorough. I cant wait to come back and continue targeting problem areas!
What a great experience! My private instructor/stretcher is Nate and the experience is quite beneficial for joints and muscle, and I’m sure you have never experienced something like this before and will want to come back again and again
